Cons:

إقامتي في الفندق كانت دون مستوى التوقعات لفندق مصنف خمس نجوم. من الملاحظ عدم توفر مكواة الملابس أو طاولة الكي داخل الغرف، وهي من التجهيزات الأساسية التي تتوفر عادة في معظم فنادق الخمس نجوم. كذلك جميع مقابس الكهرباء ثنائية، ولا يوجد مقبس ثلاثي، مما قد يسبب إزعاجاً للنزلاء ويستوجب أخذ الاحتياط مسبقاً.
الإفطار جيد بشكل عام، لكنه لا يرقى إلى مستوى وتنوع وجودة الإفطار المتوقع في فنادق الخمس نجوم.
الأثاث يبدو قديماً ويحتاج إلى تجديد، كما أن الغرف تحتاج إلى مزيد من العناية والصيانة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
بشكل عام، أرى أن مستوى الخدمات والمرافق المقدمة لا يعكس تصنيف خمس نجوم، وأعتبر أن الفندق أقرب إلى مستوى فندق ثلاث نجوم منه إلى فندق خمس نجوم.

angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, man bekam dann z.B. seine Eierspeisen so serviert wie gewünscht, viel Auswahl an Brot, Obst, Gemüse. Die Parkplatzsituation war gut geregelt, wenn es keinen Platz draussen gab, bekam man einen Platz in der Tiefgarage, das Personal parkte und brachte das Auto dann wieder.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Harika bir deniz manzarası, ferah ve temiz oda.
Pros:

Kaldığımız junior suit harika bir deniz manzarasına sahipti. Oda çok ferah ve büyüktü. Teras restaurantın manzarası da ayrıca çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Otelin kapalı otoparkı bir AVM ile ortak, giriş ve çıkış bu nedenle biraz kalabalık olabiliyor.
