Top Hotel - Sehr empfehlenswert!*

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist super sauber und der Service ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstücksbuffet - sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Dame Frau Sinem 😃 vom Frühstücksbuffet, sie war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Morgen toll betreut.
Auch das skyline panorama im Restaurant Abendessen hervorragend.
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das Personal von Roomservice, die unsere Suite mit dem perfekten Ausblick aufs Meer penibel genauso sauber gehalten haben.
Vielen Dank an alle die dazu beigetragen haben dass unseren Urlaub in Zonguldak so schön war.
Das Fitnessstudio top Zustand mega Ausblick auf das Meer darf ich nicht vergessen auch die Massagen waren in einem wellnessniveau.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir konnten uns sehr entspannen!
Pros:

Sehr gut und erholsam, da direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Pros:

Excellent value for your money, it was worth every cent! Deluxe suite was wonderful. Superb room service and breakfast selection. Plus of course everything with a great view of the Black Sea and Zonguldak partially. Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back to this region, we will stay here again.

A hotel with stunning views, great staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Great location with shopping mall right next to the hotel with all kinds of restaurants, shops and coffee places.
The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast was truly the best we‘ve had in terms of food choice and quality.
We also could enjoy the pool area as the weather was too cold for a beach day.

Cons:

As coffee lovers we were not too happy about the coffee machine not working. Only filter coffee was available which was not too great.
The water temperature at the pool was too cold for us.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als angegeben und mussten zusätzlich 2,5 Stunden auf unser Check in warten. Eine Suite mit angeblichen 87m^2 sollte mindestens 2 separate Schlafzimmer haben, es wurde einfach ein zustellbett ins Wohnzimmer gestellt.

Andere unserer Freunde mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln, bis sie was vernünftiges bekamen, für den kurzen Aufenthalt war mir die Arbeit und Zeitaufwand nicht wert, also sind wir in dem Zimmer so geblieben.
