o banheiro estava com o box com o ralo entupido , a agua do banho entrava no quarto , pois não tinha como escoar , solicitamos varias vezes providencias , sem resposta. Os travesseiros durissímos , absoluta falta de atenção com o hospede que pagou 800,00 por diaria. Somos clientes da booking com alta utilização . me senti enganado. não gostei e não volto , fui roubado
