Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Not fancy but good value for money.
Pros:

Very friendly and genuinely kind staff. Went out of their way to help my friend who was feeling ill. Great position, close to everything and good value for money.

le signore erano tutte super gentili, una particolare menzione per Claudia! Siamo stati solo una notte, il letto era comodo, c’è stato qualche problema con l’acqua calda ma nei bagni c’è scritto di chiamare a qualsiasi ora quindi no problem! Colazione ok

Ideal hotel for transiting for island trips or a couple of days.
Pros:

Good value for money as we were just transiting on the way to Amantani and back. Close to main square and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated but for the price, perfectly good. Breakfast room was cold in the morning.

Posizione e gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Difficoltà nel fare la doccia con acqua calda (un rubinetto della doccia era rotto e non si riusciva a regolare la temperatura dell'acqua). Poca attenzione nella pulizia con presenza di capelli nel letto e in un letto mancavano le lenzuola.

Du potentiel pour un hôtel simple mais il faut faire dès travaux de rénovation.
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, aimable et accueillant.

Cons:

Les chambres sont froides, pas adaptées au climat de Puño. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais parfois un peu froid.

Posizione ottima, camera grande.

Cons:

Struttura molto basica e poco curata, la reception è aperta poche ore al giorno, ma suonando il campanello c'è sempre qualcuno ad aprire. Nel complesso va bene per una notte.

Cameră friguroasă și relativ mică, ușa cu sistem de închidere ciudat plus existența unor locuri sub ușa prin care intra frigul;
