Pros:

Equipe muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã bom e ótima localização, apenas 15 minutos andando da Praza das Armas. O chuveiro é excelente e o aquecedor no quarto ajuda muito com a madrugada fria de Cusco. Também adorei o fato de ter chá e folha de coca disponíveis em todos os andares.

Cons:

O ralo para escoar água do chuveiro é pequeno para a vazão da água o que acaba acumulando um pouco quando tomamos banho.

After spending two nights in an airbnb with no hot water and heat, I booked this hotel for week. When i checked in, the room assimed to me was at the lower level and I informed Fabricio that I have problem with no window or lower level rooms and he immediately accomodated me to a better room so that I can have a comfortable stay while in Cusco. He's an amazing person - all the five stars to him.

The hotel overall was great- hot water, heat, clean linen. Since I work remotely, the wifi was above 500mps. Overall a very positive experience.

If I'm in Cusco again, I will definitely be staying at this hotel.

In Ordnung für eine Nacht, wir hatten 4 Nächte und das würde ich nicht nochmal machen.
Pros:

Nettes Frühstück mit schönem Ausblick

Cons:

Sehr laut an der Straße. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich, es war eher als hätte man einen geduldet. Das haben wir in anderen Hotels ganz anders erlebt.

Ce sont des petites chambres sans fenêtre ou avec une fenêtre qui donne sur l’intérieur de l’hôtel.
Toutefois, douche chaude et bonne literie

Cons:

Petite chambre sans fenêtre avec aucune possibilité de changer. Pas de fenêtre donc ça sent l’humidité malgré un service de ménage actif (mais pas durant votre séjour)

Cama confortável, chuveiro com água quente e boa pressão, café da manhã de boa qualidade e funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Quarto sem isolamento acústico. É possível escutar tudo fora do seu quarto, como por exemplo, as instalações hidráulicas dos quartos vizinhos.
