Pros:

Letto abbastanza comodo.

Cons:

Ci hanno dato una stanza vicino alla hall. Si sentiva la gente parlare, urlare ad ogni momento della notte.
Stanza piccolissima, non c’era spazio nemmeno per aprire una valigia. Prese per caricare il cellulari e altre cose erano in bagno. Purtroppo non ho avuto una bella esperienza.

The beds and linen were clean, spacious bedroom.

No elevator, narrow space going up or down the staircases. The drainage was clogged, After taking the first shower we had to contact the front desk to request assistance by the plumber.

La habitación es muy amplia. El personal encantador, muy atento en todo momento y muy servicial. Buena relación calidad precio. Está a 15 minutos andando de la plaza de armas pero tiene muchos comercios alrededor.

Hotel in posizione un po’ fuori dal centro ma facendo una camminata di circa 10 minuti si arriva a Plaza de las Armas.
La stanza non era piccolissima ma avendo prenotato due camere: una doppia e l’altra tripla, in quella tripla non c’erano abbastanza prese per caricare i vari devices.
La colazione decente.
Letto abbastanza comodo.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable. All in all just a good average stay. Did not make use of the free tea as there were no cups. My wish for no housekeeping was eventually respected. Showers have enough hot water. Liked the hot chocolate at breakfast. Desk staff helped organising airport transfer.

Cons:

Breakfast personnel was a bit narrowminded. I inquired whether I could have an additional fried egg instead of sausage (veggie), omitting the sausage was no problem, one more egg was. Water offered tasted chlorinated (tap water?).

Very thin walls, woke up several times either due people arriving or taking showers. Room had no outside window.

Het waren ruime kamers en we hadden een goede douche. De ontbijtzaal was op de bovenste verdieping en had mooi uitzicht over Cusco. Je kon ook op elke verdieping Coca thee & water pakken. En ‘s avonds werd het hotel afgesloten wat een veilig gevoel gaf.
