Bom custo benefício
Pros:

O quarto era bastante amplo, os funcionários, especialmente Eloy, muito atenciosos.

Cons:

As instalações são antigas. O café da manhã é pouco variado. O hotel não tem elevador. Não fica muito próximo ao Centro, mas a caminhada é tranquila.

Um dos colchões do quarto 304 , possui uma depressão. Precisa ser trocado. Eu acordava com dores nas costas.

Mi habitación estaba en el primer piso al lado de la recepción y me incomodaba un poco el ruido de la puerta porque los demás huéspedes salían y entraban constantemente durante la noche. Solo eso. Por lo demás, bien.

Good-sized rooms but quite far from the city center
Pros:

-Nice, spacious rooms
-Heater and warm water
-24hr lobby

Cons:

-We reserved a taxi twice (once to the bus station and once to the airport) and both times it way too late. It seemed like they didn't order in advance and only called when we arrived down to the lobby to fetch the taxi.
-The sheets in one of the rooms were stained and the wifi in said room also didn't work (floor 2)
-The breakfast could include avocado on the buffet or a bit bigger portions for the ordered options (only one egg per person)
-The windows of the rooms and bathrooms faced the hallway and were very noisy
-The location wasn't very central (about 20 minutes from the main square)

Value for money stay in Cuzco
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Coca leaves and hot water available on each floor to ease altitude sickness. Our room was very large with kitchenette and seating area. Rooms were clean but dated. Bathroom was modern. Ideal for travelers staying in Cuzco as a base to explore the area.

Cons:

No lift which is not ideal if you are on the higher level floors and have luggage.

Excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Muito bem localizada, 15 minutos andando devagar da Plaza de Armas (usem a calle Recoleta). Bem tranquilo, sem ladeiras imensas, muito seguro! Era uma das minhas preocupações e foi tranquilíssimo! Fica próximo de restaurantes, pizzaria e vendinhas (que tem tudo).
Escolhi o quarto família, é grande, fica melhor p quem tem muitas malas. Tem cozinha integrada a um quarto, um quarto de casal separado. Fica no subsolo.
Hotel tem aquecimento das 6pm às 6am funcionando perfeitamente, ajuda muito no frio de Cusco. Chuveiro excelente, água bem quente e abundante.
Camas com cobertas quentes (só precisavam trocar os lençóis, estão um pouco desgastados). Toalhas trocadas diariamente, limpas.
Recepção cordial. Um agradecimento especial ao Gerente Richard Cruz, sempre preocupado com nosso conforto e que tudo estivesse bem, excelente administrador.
Café da manhã muito bom, pães, frutas cortadas, suco natural (gostoso), chás, frios, leite e café a vontade, e ainda 5 opções de escolha para complementar o café da manhã. Chás a vontade em todos os andares.
É minha segunda avaliação, pois, deixamos nossas malas para irmos à Machu Picchu e eles guardaram para o nosso retorno. Bem organizado com ticket numerado. Adorei! Me hospedei em dois momentos (antes e depois de ir a Machu Picchu).

We arrived very early in the morning at 8 am, and we were extremely tired of the long flight, at reception we asked if we could check in alot earlier, at first he said he couldnt, after a few tries which he shouldnt have or didnt had too, another woderful guy came and they both amazingly prepared a room for us, and i cannot tell you how helpful and happy and amazing the staff is here.
The room is very clean, the bathroom absolutely sparkles, the breakfast is well done, and above all, the price is so friendly budget with what the hotel offers.
And the hotel is about 8 munites or less walking to the tourist area.
I honestly booked this hotel as a backup so i can book some other hotels based on what area ill find good in cusco, and then i ended up extending my stay because of how amazing it was.
I highly recommend you guys book it before you come because it can easily be fully booked.
