Hôtel très bien situé et personnel très gentil et accueillant. En revanche, je trouve que le prix de la chambre ne correspond pas du tout à la prestation proposée. À 260 € la nuit, on s’attend à une chambre impeccable et en très bon état, d’autant plus lorsque l’on séjourne avec des enfants.
La salle de bains est particulièrement vieillissante, avec des joints très abîmés et remplis de moisissures. Cela pose un réel problème en termes d’hygiène et ce n’est vraiment pas ce que l’on s’attend à trouver à ce tarif. C’est dommage, car l’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel sont de vrais points positifs.

No pude descargar maletas. En las plazas de coche para hacer el check-in estaban ocupadas por coches aparcados, avise y me dijeron q no podian hacer nada.
No tenian plazas de parking y en booking ponia q si y costaban14€ ,me dijeron q me avisarían pero q me costaria 20€ el dia.
Y la cama no la hacian solo estiraban la sabana. Tuve q avisar para q me cambiaran las sabanas.
Algún dia no hicieron el baño ,la bañera llena de arena.
Por lo q pagamos no muy contentos.

Salle de bain pour personnes à handicap
Dans la douche pas de paroi, pas de joint au sol entre la douche et la salle de bain. Salle de bain vétuste avec trace de calcaire sur la robinetterie
Nous étions dans la chambre 222, bruit de moteur sur le toit comme un passage d’ avion, sur 2 nuits ( une nuit sans climatisation) panne à priori

No cuplio las espectativas de un hotel de cuatro extrellas, le faltan servicios

En general el hotel está bien. Lo mejor la situación.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza diaria en las habitaciones, tuvimos arena en la habitación desde el primer día y no la aspiraban. La zona del recinto de la piscina sin limpieza, la piscina llena de arena a primera hora, la del día anterior. La media pensión, el desayuno correcto justo, la cena de muy baja calidad y con una elaboración con poco gusto.

Everything I expected from a hotel was available. The staff were very helpful.
Pros:

It was right on the beach but just a few steps from bars restaurants and shops and supermarkets. Good selection of food and drink at breakfast. Fantastic air conditioned rooms and and excellent cleaning service. Really lovely pool and surroundings. Great service on the terrace.
