Tout était parfait
This is a property of great charm in a central but quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and the food excellent.
Food, drink and atmosphere all good. Staff in bar/restaurant were excellent, polite with quick service considering how busy they were
Nothing in particular. Room 30 was comfortable but a tad tired
Good location near the High Street.
Room was tiny and double bed and shower room v small. Our room overlooked the road - noisy at night. Room was 'hot' because of the weather at the time. Breakfast served in a small room with plenty of people in it. The chairs were cloth covered and dirty. Breakfast itself was unimpressive.
Location good for the Hay Festival.
Very convenient location
Traditional Welsh hotel
A “maze” of public areas, lot of steps to negotiate as it’s an old building
Comfortable room in a classic coaching inn. A great base to explore the area.
I didnt like the fact that we thought the price on Booking com included breakfast
Location
Comfortable bed
The room was noisy all night. Load creaking floorboards from room above until midnight and from 6am. Loud water heater which clicked on and off, making us jump through out the night.
Amazing food and the staff were so lovely and helpful
breakfast was good
