Pros:

Spacious, light and comfortable room with great outlook. Lovely hotel layout. Helpful staff. Excellent facilities if weather had been kinder.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider total übertriebene Preise
Pros:

Grosses, komfortabel ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, geräumiges Bad. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal mit vorbildlichem Service. Wunderbare Lage direkt an einem grossen Naturpark

Cons:

Preise sind in allen Leistungen total überzogen. Reklamation wird langsam oder gar nicht bearbeitet: Im Bad war der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und das Bad damit jedesmal überflutet, keine Abhilfe innerhalb 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Dauernde Beschallung mit Gedudel im Poolbereich zerrt an den Nerven.

Cons:

Die Restaurants waren im Hotel sehr teuer und kleine Portionen und es war sehr schade das die Bar im Hotel direkt am Eingang des Hotels war und nicht gemütlich gestaltet ansonsten auch sehr teuer.

Bereits zum 2. Mal
Pros:

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen! Wir kamen bereits das 2. Mal in dieses tolle Design Hotel. Wir schätzen die super Lage zwischen Naturpark und Meer sowie der Strandpromenade nach Rovinj, fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gute Größe, auch der Balkon und das Badezimmer, super Pflegeprodukte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, der Wellnessbereich sehr schön und stylish, großer Pool, einige Saunen.

Cons:

Man sieht dem Hotel nun die Jahre an und es wäre langsam Zeit einiges zu renovieren.
Es gibt sehr wenig Liegeplätze im Wellnessbereich, was bei Schlechtwetter zu einem erheblichen Platzmangel führt. Zusätzlich gibt es keine Möglichkeit mit Bademantel im gesamten Hotel einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Dafür muss man sich auf das Zimmer zurückziehen und sich da selbst versorgen, vorausgesetzt es wurden die Kapseln dafür nachgeliefert.
Ärgerlich für uns war auch, dass wir beim Einchecken auf Anfrage nach dem aktuellen Sportprogramm als Antwort bekommen haben, dass es momentan kein Sportprogramm gibt. Nach einigen Tagen sagen wir jedoch am Wandschirm in der Rezeption, dass es doch viele Sportaktivitäten gibt. Anscheinend waren die Herren beim CheckIn da schlecht informiert.

Lovely few days in a quality hotel in a fabulous location
