その時期の混み具合や近年のインバウンドなどを考えると、立地やサービス内容に対して値段が高くなるのは仕方がない
Pros:

室内に電子レンジがあり、畳敷の部屋に布団であったこと。

Cons:

布団がとても薄く、寝心地があまり良くなかったこと。

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, si hanno diversi minimarket, ristorantini vicini. La vicinanza con la stazione è super comodo, ci permetteva di muoverci tranquillamente senza problemi, sia con bus che con metro/treni, facendo anche tardi.

Cons:

La puzza costante di fumo, una scarsa circolazione dell'aria che sembrava si impregnasse sui vestiti, ma una parte è stata colpa mia a non essermi accorta della prenotazione in camera fumatori (eravamo 2 non fumatori)

地點挺方便的，附近有超商和餐廳，走路5分鐘到車站這點真的是沒話說，我住的樓層很安靜幾乎沒有其他人的聲音，接待人員也滿親切的，在一片漲價聲中Livemax依然是高cp價的中流砥柱。

No estaba muy limpio , era ruidoso y el mobiliario bastante viejo , además entraba mucho la luz por la mañana.

Pues no la verdad que la limpieza era pésima, podíamos entender que fuera antiguo pero que le faltaran puertas a los armarios y que las tuberías del baño perdieran no nos gustó nada.

Unfit room for rental
Cons:

The state of the room i recieved was terrible.
Doors were hanging off the rails and hinges.
Wires were exposed and unsightly.
The plumbing was faulty to say the least.
The balcony door struggled to lock securely.
The bed had stains on as if it had not been cleaned properly.
The overall feel was grim.
I checked into another hotel very shortly after arriving here.
