I found the French people exceptionally smiling, welcoming and helpful on the hottest 2-3 days.
Pros:

I found the hotel a delight and staff very welcoming and friendly! The room while small was one of the best sleeping rooms we've been in in years. A/C was great (and quiet). Bed linens, pillow and blanket perfect and comfortable.

Cons:

Location was a bit far way but the metro M4 close and brought me to Cité - just where I wanted to be to see the Le Caverne Post Neuf outdoor installation by JR. Notre Dame de Paris too!

Excellent customer service!
Pros:

The front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were party of five (5). They were thoughtful about keeping our family rooms next to each other. They recommended great restaurants. Ensured we got a van to take us to the train station. Also, with the hot weather we were grateful this place had AC. Would definitely come back here and recommend.

The area is nice but far out from attractions

Cons:

Extremely overpriced. The hotel staff were rude, the Aircon did not work despite requesting them to fix multiple times. After two nights they changed my room. Hotel room was not clean when I came back in the evening

Pros:

Très cher pour la prestation

Cons:

Les équipements vétustes, moisissures dans la salle de bain, bac à douche pentu et très glissant, pommeau de douche qui fuit, cabinet douche/toilette très petit, toilette mal nettoyé. Spot pour mire cassés, bureau impraticable car pas de recul entre le bureau et le lit, moquette vieille et sent la poussière. Extrêmement cher pour la prestation fournie. Petit déjeuner pas bon.

Hotel encantador
Pros:

Hotel encantador, muy cómodo y limpio. Pero lo mejor de lo mejor de este alojamiento es, sin duda, su personal, sumamente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Hablan español, lo cual es una ventaja para quienes lo tenemos como nuestra lengua materna. Desayuno muy bien servido.

Cons:

A pesar de estar muy cerca el metro y tener muchas rutas de autobuses y de conectividad, lo encuentro un poco lejos del París turístico.

Pulizia, relax, punto strategico
Pros:

Struttura vicinissima alla metro, vicinissima a supermarket, boulangerie, piccolo ristorante con prezzi e piatti spettacolari e molto vicina alle pensiline di partenza di vari bus.
La struttura è dotata di aria condizionata efficiente, siamo capitate nella settimana di caldo estremo a Parigi e in hotel era fantastico il clima.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a trip to Paris with my daughter.

Overall, our stay was acceptable; however, the hotel feels quite dated. The furniture and interior are noticeably worn and could benefit from renovation. Housekeeping was satisfactory.

When we checked in, we mentioned at the reception that we had come to Paris to celebrate my 60th birthday. Of course, it is not the hotel's obligation to acknowledge such occasions, and perhaps this is not a common practice in France, but the lack of even a small gesture or birthday greeting from the hotel management was a little disappointing.

Paris itself left us with wonderful memories, but the hotel was not particularly memorable in terms of comfort or attention to guests.

Geniale Position, sehr gut mit dem Zentrum verbunden. Für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr großes Zimmer, äußerst Sauber. Das Personal war extrem hilfreich.

Très bon souvenir de ces heures passées dans l'hôtel !
Pros:

L'accueil très amical, compétent, efficace, rassurant, obligeant.
Chambre très agréable, calme, donnant sur de la verdure et un passage pavé, l'ensemble de l'hôtel est stylé dans celui du quartier encore marqué par la période artistique Art Déco. Près du parc Monsouris et des ruelles remarquables pour ses constructions architecturales datant du début du XXème siècle.
