Excellent stay in a beautiful location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, down the steps from the hotel and right onto the front. Our room was large and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner provided lots of choice and the food was fresh and tasty.

Terrible. Don’t do it.
Pros:

Location was the only good thing about the property.

Cons:

Parking was not clear and it took 4 different conversations before even arriving. The staff was incredibly rude. The front desk was okay but both the restaurant and rooftop were incredibly unprofessional and terrible rude. Food was awful. If you’re staying here for AC just know it doesn’t work. We had 4 different rooms and none of us had it. The towels were dirty and had make up stains on them.

Brilliant locatuon, but hotel lacks in quality.

Brilliant location, good choice at breakfast

Cons:

The sea view room charged 5* prices for a 3/4* at best. Room and especially the bathroom was dated and needs modernising. The air conditioning not as effective as needed. Standard of cleaning in the room was poor, our balcony was never swept or cleaned, bedding not changed. Parking an issue unless you reserve far in advance. Breakfast was chaotic and overly busy.

The reception staff were lovely, the buffet breakfast was fresh and had a huge variety, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The roof top for drinks was a great spot!

Cons:

No on site parking, our last day we had no hot water and the man working the pool handing out towels was extremely rude snatching our towel vouchers off me and shoving me the towels

Great location and good for what we needed!
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of the Port. Loved the rooftop bar, best views in town, and great proximity to the beach and tram. Not usually a fan of a breakfast buffet but it was great.

Cons:

The hotels were a little basic for a 4 star, but perfectly clean! The pool is too small for the number of guests so we spent most of the time in the beach (where you pay for chairs and umbrellas).

Área externa com a piscina e muito boa!

Cons:

- cafe da manha parece Bandejao. Tem bastante variedade mas qualidade bem ruim!
- chuveiro ruim. Banheira velha
- a cama de casal e na verdade duas camas de solteiro juntas. Ruim de dormir
- o ar condicionado so funciona se a varanda tiver trancada. Como tenho um bebe e quis ficar na varanda, foi ruim. Pois o bebê ficou no calor.
