Nie jest idealnie ale hotel godny polecenia
Pros:

Lokalizacja idealna blisko Rynku i centrum Starówki ,Pokoje z dużą łazienką , w pokoju czajnik z kawą i herbatą . Wi Fi działa bez zarzutu . W ogóle Żylina pozytywnie zaskakuje , bardzo zadbane miasteczko z ciekawą historią i Starówką , wszędzie czysto i schludnie , warto zajrzeć na położony za rzeką Zamek , ciekawe muzeum w środku Warto poznać historię Żyliny wtedy inaczej patrzy się na miasto i jej budowle

Hotel działa od 1910 roku i pewno był jakoś ulepszany ale ma swoje ( jak na dzisiejsze czasy ) drobne mankamenty np winda dociera tylko na 2 piętro a jeśli pokój jest na 3-cim to trzeba dojść po schodach co przy ciężkim bagażu jest uciązliwe więc lepiej prosić o pokój na pierwszym czy drugim pietrze .W pokojach na 3 piętrze nie ma klimatyzacji .

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer im Sommer sehr war
Pros:

zentrale Lage, Parkplatz nahe dem Hotel in der Innenstadt

Cons:

lange Diskussion mit Rezeption, bis wir im 3. Anlauf das gebuchte Zimmer MIT Klimaanlage erhielten

Lokalita super .čisto

Cons:

Raňajky dosť bieda na tú cenu , a čo bolo v ponuke a na foto wellnes a hotelová reštaurácia ( čo má prehovorili na výber hotela ) tak nebolo nič z toho k dispozícii takže celkovo sklamanie mohol som si zaplatiť lacnejší hotel

It's not worth the money.

The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Wellnes is not working, on booking website working. Rooms are to small for that money. Breakfast is not good. Parking is paying... Not everything is like on the website.TV is bad. Internet is bad.

The fact that the wellness was not working, and there were no notifications anywhere, there is no entertainment content (billiards were presented on the Internet as if they existed), for the price of almost 100e per night, you needed all that. Boli sme tu už niekoľko krát, nakoľko nám vyhovuje lokalita, ale to je všetko. Nevadí mi zastaralé zariadenie, má to svoje čaro, ale stále je to o tom istom - viď ostatné recenzie, čiže napriek všetkým recenziám, tento hotel vôbec v ničom nenapreduje, tj raňajky stále slabé a zmätok pri ich vydávaní, obsluhovaní… znesiem aj slabé ranajky, ale v porovnaní s Vašou cenou a kvalitou, nehovoriac o tom, že takmer v každej recenzii sú hostia nespokojní s raňajkami, tak k žiadnemu zlepšeniu neprišlo.
Personál nevie podať jasné informácie, povie, že si zistí a príde nám povedať, avšak už nepríde…
K wellnessu sa tiež nevedela vyjadriť recepčná… Dostať sa v noci do hotela je tiež hop alebo trop..
Áno, som zmierená, že cena tohoto hotela je len cena za lokalitu, ale je smutné (podľa recenzií), že manažér nevie prísť so zlepšením, skvalitnením služieb pri takom potenciáli akým tento hotel disponuje.
