The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main street, with amazing views from the pool. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, the service was perfect. The food in the restaurant was delicious and often accompanied with live music. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lipari.
Our room 201 was a little noisy at night as we were above the laundry room, it may disturb a light sleeper.

There were a few things we appreciated during our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of the town and the port, and the pool area is pleasant and relaxing.
A special thank you to Ilenia and Maria (I hope I remembered her name correctly) at reception. They both spoke excellent English, were very professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their service really stood out and made a positive difference to our stay.
The evening reception staff were polite, but communication was sometimes difficult as their English was limited.
The restaurant was another highlight. We really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace with its lovely views, and the food was consistently very good. It was one of the best parts of our stay.
Unfortunately, the room did not meet the standard we expected. The bed covers had visible stains when we arrived, which made us question whether they had been changed before our check-in. The towels were very old, grey, and also appeared to have stains.
Housekeeping was another area that could be improved. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly each day, the floors often remained dusty and looked dirty, and there was hair left on the floor. We also found quite a few bugs in the room when we checked in and had to ask for it to be sprayed. On our last night, I was surprised to find a very large cockroach outside the bathroom.
Noise was also an issue. We could clearly hear the children in the room above us running, moving furniture, and dragging chairs early in the morning. In addition, the housekeeping staff started cleaning nearby rooms quite early and were often very loud, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing holiday and sleep in.
Based on our experience, we do not feel this hotel offers the standard expected of a four-star property. It felt more like a three-star hotel.

Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel !

Amazing location and facilities staff very friendly
We loved the setting. The infinity pool overlooking the water was stunning. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on our patio with a view and we also enjoyed our breakfast each day. The hotel was in a very convenient location for the township, restaurants and port. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Volendo trovare una cosa che non mi e piaciuta e il bagno con vasca doccia veramente scomoda facevi la doccia e le gambe se non facevi attenzione sbattevano nel rubinetto della vasca, con pochi euro togli la vasca e fai una doccia piu comoda
The room was comfortable with a huge balcony! The bathroom was excellent. Food choices at breakfast were amazing. We loved the pool area and pool bar. Fabulous views!
Some cushions of the concrete seating would be a nice addition....but we are being picky!

Все отлично. Самое главное потрясающий персонал, особенно на ресепшене. Мы обязательно вернемся и будем рекомендовать. Все шикарно
