Better than expected.
Pros:

The bed was not as hard as other beds I've slept in in Japan. Breakfast and all day coffee bar was helpful. The location was great too. Also great soap

Pros:

フロントの方の対応がよかった。

Cons:

自分も喫煙者で喫煙可なお部屋を用意していただいたが、室内の臭いが気になった。他社を利用することも多いがここまでタバコの臭いが残っていることは少ない。空気清浄機の貸し出しは目にしたが常時備え付けおすすめしたいところでした。

少しお風呂の壁が汚れていたように感じます。

名古屋駅から歩いて行ける範囲なのでアクセスは良い

Cons:

セミダブルの部屋かな？気持ち狭い感じはしました。
朝食も納豆があったら嬉しいなぁ～と思いました。
