Great location atmosphere great rooms spotless with pool view we stayed floor 6 room 602 housekeeping 10/10 cleaned every day plus towels restaurant and food and staff first class Bar cheap and bar food good we went half board with was sufficient as food plentiful missed breakfast one morning bar serve full English lager €6 small €4 English sausage and Fried bread never got this in Spain before one night had steak pie ,Beef strog,Roast beef dinner with all the trimmings obviously not all in one night absolutely beautiful weel done to all the staff in Presidente Hotel would highly recommend This was our first time in Benidorm definitely will return

I emailed beforehand for low floor , we were given the 4th floor .
Floors 2&3 are having extensive work being done.

Superbly clean , no issues…. Apart from being located street side opposite the gold arcos hotel ! So noisy we couldn’t sleep that well .
A first for us never had an issue before in Benidorm we’ve been in many different hotels never as noisy as this !

Another fantastic week at the Presidente. Great check in, reception team are always helpful and polite, late arriving and were given a picnic, crisps water, rolls etc which is a nice touch.
Room was clean and comfortable, overlooking pool area. Cleaned everyday to high standard. Well done to housekeeping on first floor.
Food was excellent as always. Love the resturant staff they are totally amazing, so busy but always a smile and a quick chat when they can. The drinks here are reasonable and good, you have the club Phillipines underneath and a great lounge above with a terrace outside. This hotel is one we cant wait to return to again and again! Back again in July and August and so looking foward to it.

Stayed in Hotel Presidente for 7 nights from March 18th. Used Benniconnect for a quicker transfer and that worked well. Hotel was very good. Staff pleasent, very clean, food good variety and all well cooked. Room 507 was a nice room with Sun on balcony all day. Booze is very cheap. 2 large red wines for 3.4€. Pool area is nice and always able to get a bed. Entertainment excellent all the time we were there in the Palladium down stairs opposite the restaurant or a calmer entertainment in the Hotel main bar. Benidorm itself was very busy but a stroll most days along the front to the old town and church was nice. Didn’t join in any of the main bar chaos but great to people watch. Would I ever return. No is my answer as I like a bit of peace now and again

Had a quick 5 day break at the presidente and gotta say what a fantastic hotel it is
We just missed the evening meal on check in but they gave us a goodie bag with bread and crisps fruit etc and a bottle of water.
Very clean hotel and couldn't fault any of the staff at all, all very jovial and welcoming
You pay for the safe which for a 4* star hotel you really shouldn't have to
The room was a decent size and facing the pool and had a glass balcony, ours was on the inside corner which you can clearly see into other people's room on the other side not very private
Absolute huge comfortable bed with bedside table but no storage bedside, and only one side had usb ports, plenty of other storage available
The bathroom was a decent size with a bidet do people still use these???
The walk in shower was absolutely brilliant, one of the best showers I've been in, very powerful and refreshing
The food we had was very nice, definetly geared up for the English, very good English breakfast if that's what you fancy along with continental and cava for the drinkers 😁, we didn't make lunch but did have dinner a few nights and that was also very nice couldn't really fault anything

The entertainment in the bar area was not the best but we always went out at night anyway, it's attached to the Philippines where you do have some great acts
The gallery bar also has some great offers on for the day and the food in there looked very nice and was always quite busy and could people watch all day if you fancy that on the terrace
All in all a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back, infact take me back now

We absolutely love this hotel - it’s the second year in a row that we’ve stayed here. Nothing not to like! The rooms are spotless, cleaned daily, beds made and towels changed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food is great - so much choice at every meal time! We’ll definitely return 😊

On holiday in the Presidente hotel in Benidorm for 28 day, till January 19th had a wonderful birthday and memorable holidays with my wife. The staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty of live entertainment nightly. Very central location. Buffet menu plentiful and Excellent choice.

Pathetic evening entertainment, Karaoke 11-12 but in reality starts at 11:20 and then music in between songs, maybe 7 singers. Why bother? Definitely not worth going back for.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, couldn’t fault anything about it. Food choices excellent. Bar/cafe area great and Philipinoes perfect. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to get back in April.

Stayed at the Presidente 1st time since the refurb and it did not disappoint the staff were great nothing too much. The hotel is fantastic in all areas very clean and the food was fantastic with plenty of choice. The bed was fantastic very large and the most comfortable bed we have had in a hotel. The location is great for where we go at night time and the Philiphines is a fantastic venue connected to the hotel so not far to go to bed great stuff. The pool area is lovely plenty of comfortable sun loungers and very clean. We will certainly be back.

Just back from this hotel,check in was easy and efficient, our room 805 was absolutely spotless,our maid Manoli went over and above with her attention to cleaning lovely lady,food was nice and restaurant very pleasant and relaxing,bar staff friendly and hard working I have knocked a star of for the pool,some days heated,some not? Jaccuzi broke all week,Jaccuzi top deck heated for 1 day? bit hit and miss with maintenance of pool,however we had a good holiday and will definitely be back to this top hotel

Was so looking forward to staying here as i have stayed here before.. but food wasnt upto scratch. I got raw poached egg then next day i thought i will some sausages yet again raw in the middle..also when we checked in we left deposit for safe and lady said bring your receipt when you check out and get €20 back so thats what we did and the man behind desk said we dont get it back. This also happened to a couple we were with.

Stayed for a week with my mum and we both absolutely loved it. Pool area is gorgeous and food was amazing. We were full board and I looked forward to heading down to the restaurant every single meal time!

Staff really friendly. It was my birthday and I had a little card posted through my door to collect a free bottle of fizz at the bar, which was so lovely of them.

Will definitely return here!

Just returned from another great nine nights at the Presidente Hotel, that’s our fifth visit. We have no hesitation on returning as each year it is as good as the first. The staff go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness is exceptional and the food is to a high standard, always hot and plenty for everyone with a good variety. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thanks again to everyone.

Little fellow on checking out said no refunds on safe deposits. So he must av pocketed mine and our friend’s deposits

This was our 8th visit , we love the presidente , reception , rooms, pool area , bar, restaurant , all excellent rooms cleaned daily food vety good , Feb we love we will definitely visit again but jet2 have put prices up so much for same 10 days next year that its out of our price range for 2027

We stayed at this lovely hotel last week and we will definitely return. Alberto on reception was the nicest front of house we have ever had at any hotel and we are well travelled. The room was spotless cleaned daily with clean towels, the food was excellent always hot with plenty of choice. Bar prices excellent Phillipines 10 accessible from the restaurant 6 acts every night and again drinks very good prices when you show your room card. Great central location could not fault anything. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay.
