Right in centre of Benidorm.

I have come to Benidorm 3-5 time a year and have since 2010.

Check in quick and informative.

Room -spotless, bed comfy, tea and coffee facilities, walk in shower has hand held shower and rainfall shower very powerful. Balcony fairly big for hotel room. Room cleaned daily. Once door is closed you can't hear outside.

Pools- walk in very lovely for dipping in August weather, plenty of sunbeds. Jacuzzi, pool bar reasonable prices, serves snacks.

Food- lots of choices for everyone, everything i ate tested good. Again spotless.

Bar out the front of hotel again fair prices again serves food.
Under hotel is Philipines 10 club. Does tribute acts didn't go this time but have been before.

Overall I loved the Presidente and have stayed in loads of hotels in Benidorm. This is so far my fav.

Wouldn't recommend for groups as more laid back, Ambassador (sister hotel) is better for that.

Will book for next year

This is a review for two weeks begining of August and now 11 days end of August. Trip advisor will only let you leave one review every 3 months!!
Firstly a big thank you to all the staff here. Reception are the most friendliest people ever, always helpful, and can't do enough for you check in is always smooth and no fuss!
We were accomodated with a disabled room each time which I am most gratefull for, thank you so much. The shower makes my life so much easier.
The food is plentiful and there is lots to choose from you will not starve!! Then of course the amazing resturant staff who do not stop, they are always happy and always spare the time for a few quick words, we love them all, from the warm greeting on the door to serving drinks to clearing up, to many names to mention but we think you are all amazing!👏
Rooms are clean, comfortable and great air con and fan, kettle, cups etc. Just one thing missing proper glasses for that nightcap😂If you ask at the bar they will give you a proper glass. This hotel is my favorite in the whole of Benidorm, I have stayed in many places here, but this one takes a lot of beating. We will always return. ❤️Husband again says the Presidente has the best and cheapest pint in Beni, a pint of heinekin in the resturant is only 1.30. Phillipines 10 is attached with great shows and discount for residents on your drinks. A fab terrace to people watch outside, an entertainment lounge too. This hotel is central to everything but there is no noise whatsoever. Thank you for my Birthday Cava and thank you again for our fab room. Already looking to book for next year. We have another 9 days to go on our holiday and we are enjoying every minute of it!! ❤️

We stayed here for a week in August and i have to say it really is a fabulous hotel! It is absolutely immaculate, very, very clean. It is right on the main strip and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Our double room was on floor 7 and overlooked the pool. It was big, very clean with smart furnishings. There was a fridge, kettle and outside is a clothes dryer. The balcony was a good size and again clean. The bathroom is lovely with plenty of sink space for all your cosmetics etc. There is a hair dryer, make-up mirror and the shower is fantastic!

Housekeeping came in each day and gave us new towels and tided the room... thank you! The corridors were equally as spotless.

The lift system... you put your floor number in and you are allocated a lift, that was fine and meant you only ever had a few people in it!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, calling us taxis when we needed them , offering advice and we could use the luggage room and a spare room to shower in on the last day as we had a late night flight.

The dining hall staff are wonderful and the food is amazing... so much choice... there was sushi, fresh fish every night, meat options, pies, roast dinners and all the potato dishes we had were soooo good!!! There was pizza most nights too which was very nice, as was the pasta! The salad bar was tremendous with little salads such as Russian salad also on offer. We were full board and very glad we were as it was all very, very nice. There was everything you could imagine at breakfast including Cava and churros with hot chocolate sauce!!! The food was hot and there was a show cooking station every day. The dessert options were incredible... so much choice!!!! The drinks were great value too and there was never too much of a queue to get them... 5 minutes at the most.

We went to the entertainment at the Philippines 10 show bar which is at the base of the hotel... amazing singers every night and we always got chairs and a table despite going in around 9pm. Also entertainment at the bar upstairs, such as a singer which was a good alternative for a more relaxed option.

The pool area is immaculate, non-smoking and there was a security and life guard which we were impressed by. There was always a security man around the hotel which was reassuring. You use your hotel card to access the pool, excellent idea.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay... 5 stars all the way and we would definitely visit your hotel again!

Just got back today after a 4 night stay, the location is great, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, we had a pool view, very nice, the pool area is clean, hosed down every night, the food is nice, always found something to eat, plenty of choice, the staff are helpful and friendly, on check out, the night member of staff( forget his name) was so helpful, as our transfer bus failed to pick us up at 04.10 hrs, we went back to the hotel and he arranged a taxi for us, he was so nice and genuinely sorry for our predicament, thank you again.

My 6th stay with my husband and he has been numerous times with a few pals too ! Each time it never fails to impress us, infact its like going home now!
Nelson on reception is fantastic. He and Sergio the manager helped us swiftly out of a very tricky luggage situation we had last year and welcomed us this year like friends. Thankyou
Dani in the restaurant remembers us everytime and again welcomes us on each return. The food and service as always 5☆.Thankyou to everone there too.
Luisa cleaned our room each day impeccably , thankyou.
The pool was spotless, beds easy to get and pool bar service fantastic.
Bar and terrace staff, food and drinks were amazing.
And Phillipines 10 an added extra to enjoy.
We hopefully will be back in October if not as soon as possible after that.
( plus the Gazpacho soup is my overall favourite thing ever!!!!!)

I visited at the end of July with my 11 year old son.
I had informed the hotel before hand that the 2nd adult on my booking had recently passed away. On arrival at midnight (very tired child in tow) I was asked where the lead adult was, leading to tears and upset as I had to explain I. Detail again about our recent bereavement, so the worst start for us.

We were given a picnic bag each and arrived at our room. Room was spotless and very spacious. The balcony was huge and although we were opposite a lively bar with the door shut there was no disturbance.

The rest of the week passed with no problems at all. Hotel, pool and room are all very clean and well managed.

The food is excellent and there is a huge selection.

Sun beds around the pool are reserved very early but as we only needed one we always managed to find one.

I would absolutely return to this hotel, but not with my son. Although it’s not an adult only hotel, it certainly does not cater towards children.

The downstairs bar with entertainment is 16+, there is no daytime entertainment around the pool.

There is a room my reception that has an arcade machine and tv with PlayStation which is great for an hour after dinner for any children.

Reception staff were very helpful with local information, taxis and attraction tickets.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Presidente from 10th -14th August 2026. We were very warmly welcomed by receptionist Amanda who explained about the safe and meal times in the restaurant. The lifts were no problem. Just press the floor you want to go to and an arrow will let you know which lift to get into. Our room was 724, very spacious, fabulous balcony and overlooking reception which we loved. A bar is opposite and can be noisy but once the balcony door was closed there was not a sound. The Hotel is in a great location about 5mins to the promenade and beach. Lots of bars around the hotel and supermarkets. A brilliant nightclub down below the hotel also which numerous Acts on. The dining room was spacious and had lots of choice of food . We enjoyed everything we got . The staff in the dining room were all very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Presidente. This was our 2nd visit and I am sure not the last. Loved it.

We stayed at The Presidente in Feb but came back June and August as we were so impressed. The reception is welcoming,informative and quick. The rooms are well looked after and comfortable. There is an overhead fan if like us you prefer it to aircon though it is available. The room is quiet as there was no sound from music or tvs in next rooms. The restaurant is the best we have ate in,all staff are professional and helpful no matter how busy it is. My wife is coeliac and she loved the food and variety. All food is labelled for her to eat safely. The pool is superb as it slopes gradually so its safe to walk in if you are not good in the water. Pool bar is cool and pint of Heiniken is 2.2 euros lovely. Overall a brilliant find for us especially as the Phillipines show bar is part of the hotel. You can use your room key when paying for 10% off which i used to tip staff. Definately staying here again.

Back to benidorm and this time at the hotel presidente,we always look at the reviews before we book and this looked a good hotel having a refit completed around 2020 the reception staff were professional and informed us all the information we needed. we hired a safe for the week at the cost of €20 the room was modern and very clean thanks to the staff that made this happen in the room there is a ceiling fan with a aircon unit and tea and coffee facilities there are 3 lifts unfortunately they are not the quickest and at busy times you will wait!! The pool area is very large and there shouldn't be an issue to get a sun lounger people still put there towels on the loungers early in the morning then disappear for half the day. Breakfast and evening meal was ok if I was going to have a moan it would have been nice to have fresh tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast instead of tinned and more of a selection at evening meal unfortunately I witnessed on a few occasions the time it took to replenish the food im not sure if there was a staffing issue at the evening meal you have to queue at the bar for a drink no table service if you have any early departure you can ask for a breakfast bag it would have been nice if they prepared a sandwich instead of a few rolls with butter and a plastic knife the last thing you want to do at alicante airport is cut a few rolls with a plastic knife and add butter maybe the hotel can look at this we had a great stay just a few things could be improved i mention this as constructive criticism

Our third stay at the hotel and we love it. Great location, spotlessly clean, great choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff absolutely make your stay, always a pleasure to speak to. There is a myth I will dispel about sunbeds. I purposely went down to the pool at 0830 every morning just as the doors opened and walked out with those who had queued. I got three sunbeds on the lower level in the same spot every morning. I absolutely did not need to queue. See you in November. 😉

If you want to queue for 45 mins in the morning for a subbed this is definitely the place for you. It’s awful and our worst nightmare. Forget it if you have kids no chance of sitting close to the pool as all the crazy people who get up at silly o clock bag them all. Apart from that the hotel is clear and comfortable.

Great stay at the presidente great welcome on check in very smooth process ...clean hotel great facilities pool area great food excellent ...phillipines 10 at the hotel great venue with great acts cant fault the hotel...only minor fault no handrail around the whirlpool on top terrace...we will definitely return

Brilliant hotel food was great room was great pool was great staff were brilliant air-conditioning was brilliant as was shower prices for drink was great £2 a pint of Heineken hotel was spotless throughout great location aswell everything about this hotel was brilliant will definitely be staying here from now on when going back to benidorm my new favourite hotel in benidorm thanks to all the staff for a wonderful holiday and the Philippines club attached to hotel was brilliant aswell for entertainment

we are just home after a week in the Presidente... before we went on holiday, we requested a room on a lower floor, when we were told that there was no guarantee that the request could be met, but happily when we got there it was.. I think if you give hotels plenty of notice they will try and assist... our room faced onto the road and we were concerned about noise from the Royal Arrow opposite us, we heard very little there... Paolo who looked after the room did a great job, room was cleaned every day and towels replaced, we spoke to her a few times and she was great... we were halfboard and the food at breakfast and evening meals was excellent, plenty of variety and again the staff were excellent.. the pool area is very popular and we used it most days, with a bar and snacks available.. we have stayed in Benidorm a few times and the Presidente is probably the best we have stayed in, you pay a bit more, but it is definitely worth it... we will hopefully stay again... their greatest assets are the staff, from the minute we arrived at the reception to check in, to when we left we were well treated and looked after... thank you

The location was in a busy part of the town and ideal if you are going for the nightlife or a beach and chill holiday. The atmosphere was amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff are brilliant at what they do and friendly and can't do enough to help you. It is a busy but chilled hotel. The rooms were amazing. We stayed in a twin room which was the perfect size for 2 adults. It had a massive shower and the room had air con and a balcony. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Overall it was great value. We stayed full board and the food selection was great everyday. Definitely won't go hungry here. The hotel itself is quiet at night but you may hear some noise from the party goers outside but that is to be expected in benidorm. It has a lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. Not sunbead wars here. The outside bar was great and again the staff were great. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you come to benidorm. We will be back!

Pros and cons all round. PROS: Room are decent , beds are comfortable, Staff were accommodating to needs and requests. Drinks at the bar were decently priced. CONS: Food wasn't great occasionally there was something edible. Very bland. The chilli was definitely not chilli. Salad bar was ok. Pool dont even think about getting a sun lounger the cues to get one were ridiculous to be left empty most of the day . The pool is tiny for the amount of people at the hotel luke warm and very salty, not refreshing at all . Our biggest peeve was the room faced a coyotes pole dancing when the females kept flashing their knickers to the apartments. Outside noise could be heard from the room . We were on the first floor . Entertainment some were ok others not so good . On the terrace there were heaters for the winter months , could do with fans for the summer months, especially during a heatwave. For a 4☆ superior I expected a little more . The hotel itself is decent and clean its the rest that let it down . Would I return ? No.

The hotel has many positive points, including clean facilities, spacious rooms and well-maintained surroundings. Maria, the maid on the 6th floor, was exceptional and deserves recognition for her kindness and excellent service.
However, the stay did not fully live up to expectations. Some staff members came across as unfriendly, and I felt overlooked when seeking assistance in the restaurant.
The pool area could be better managed, as sunbeds were often reserved with towels for hours before being used. Guests travelling with young children should also be aware that the hotel is geared more towards older guests, with limited entertainment around the pool.
The lift system was another drawback, with very long waits around meal times despite there being three lifts in operation.
While the hotel is pleasant overall, it wasn't quite the right fit for me, and I would not stay here again.

Fabulous hotel good food and clean spacious room good location

Great location atmosphere great rooms spotless with pool view we stayed floor 6 room 602 housekeeping 10/10 cleaned every day plus towels restaurant and food and staff first class Bar cheap and bar food good we went half board with was sufficient as food plentiful missed breakfast one morning bar serve full English lager €6 small €4 English sausage and Fried bread never got this in Spain before one night had steak pie ,Beef strog,Roast beef dinner with all the trimmings obviously not all in one night absolutely beautiful weel done to all the staff in Presidente Hotel would highly recommend This was our first time in Benidorm definitely will return
