Guests arriving after 23:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

All rooms at this hotel are nonsmoking.

Public baths are open from 19:00 to 25:00 (Next day 1:00). The public showers are open 24 hours a day.

When guests book a "Japanese-Style" room, the hotel can provide extra futon mats for children. Please see the conditions below:

- For 4 years old and under: 1st child can use a futon mat free of charge. Extra charges apply for the second child.

- For children aged 5-8 years old: an extra charge is applied per child.

We are currently progressing with renovation work inside the building. Construction is basically carried out every day from 9:30 to 17:00. All of this is scheduled to end by the end of this fiscal year, and we will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be closed from January 7, 2025 to January 22, 2025 due to maintenance inspections and renovations.
Please note that partial renovation work will also be carried out before and after this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

都会なのに手軽に旅館を味わえる隠れ家✨
Pros:

渋谷で旅館を堪能できるのがいい
お風呂やトイレは共同で綺麗で広い
特にお風呂は浴場で疲れが取れた
店主さんがとても優しい
和風で統一されているかと思ったらベッドが洋風で面白い

Cons:

トイレや手を洗いにいく度に鍵の開け閉めしないといけない点と部屋に机がないのであったらありがたかった

Perfect traditional Japanese gem in the middle of it all.
Pros:

This was such a quaint little gem in the middle of everything. The location was perfect and walkable to shibuya crossing, but it still kept a traditional Japanese feel. The staff was wonderful.

Cons:

I have no complaints.

Excellent stay, short walk from transport and walking distance to Shibuya. Quiet location. Very comfortable futon.
Pros:

Beautiful interior design. Tatami mats. Incredible staff.

An old-style business hotel that's close to Shibuya, but not too close, that recently renovated
Pros:

Great clean Japanese style room with a futon. The front garden is a nice touch.

Cons:

Very old-style check in (paper) form, I'd have appreciated if I could have submitted online, etc.

In the end, we didnt stay.
Pros:

This hotel is located between two very motorways, and has windows that you cannot open. We were disappointed and decided not to stay and to their credit the staff dealt with this well, and gave me a partial refund. It's a budget style hotel, without the super budget prices. They were gracious with my complaints and handled it well.

Cons:

I didnt like the location or the cramped feeling in the rooms.
