Pros:

Location was great, nice pool and bar and staff were amazing

Cons:

The walk to the room on the damaged pathway but that’s what you get in Bali!

Great stay will book again but a better room this time probably the cottages

But housekeeping made the beds

Very disappointed
Pros:

For the cost not up to standard room very boring no presentation The breakfast just tables did not appear to be cleanWhy are rates so variable the establishment needs to present better .

I cannot say you would think the management would be into the state of some areas

Check in was good especially late at night, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and cleaned every day.

Cons:

I found my bed to be really uncomfortable, the facilities are a little tired looking, nothing a coat of paint and refresh couldn't fix.

Great hotel that is close to everything. a Short walk to Ituitu our favourite restaurant.
Pros:

Rooftop pool and bar for adults was great and quieter than downstairs.

Cons:

Could have had a faster boiling kettle which took about 5 minutes to boil and pillows were quite firm, but that was the only thing that could have been improved. Other than that the hotel was great.
