The full breakfast at Villa Hotel Condesa was exceptional and such an added treat each morning! The staff was wonderful and everything about the hotel was charming. The location is unbeatable and close to restaurants and art galleries!
I was not aware that accessing my room required climbing 2 floors of difficult stairs via a circular staircase. I found the stairs difficult.

Everything- the location was in a most beautiful part of the city, leafy, full of cafes and restaurants and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Staying at The Villa Condesa is like staying at a friends house. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. We were able to ask for coffee at 5 am! The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile in a lovely winter garden. We loved it and found it very relaxing and peaceful after our busy day trips sightseeing
Nothing
One of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time. It has the atmosphere of a private home rather than a hotel, the rooms are generous, and the housekeeping is impeccable — they even folded the clothes I'd left scattered around, which I found a lovely touch. Roma Norte is the right base for the city.
It is a bit expensive, and that's worth knowing going in. The only thing I actually missed was a gym — if there is one, or an arrangement with somewhere nearby, it was never mentioned to me. A quick word at check-in would have solved it.

Beautiful property with a garden style atmosphere with a nice cozy home-like lobby area. Breakfast in the outdoor dining area was a wonderful treat each day as well.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Condesa. It's a beautiful little hotel with a lovely patio where breakfast is served. The breakfast was delicious - definitely the highlight of the stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.
The bathroom in our suite was a very small - anyone taller than us would have struggled to use the bathroom. The door was difficult to open and lock. The insulation isn't the best - we could hear from noise from the kitchen and upstairs suite.
