Безусловно понравилось расположение: рядом музеи, торговые центры, рынок, метро, кафе и 7-11. В номере было всё необходимое и всё в рабочем состоянии. Удобная кровать с мягкими подушками, что редко встретишь. Завтрак на 8 этаже (мне дали комнату на 2-м), лифт идёт до 7. Кормили скромно, но крепкий кофе и тосты с джемом были каждый день.
Отель не уставший, он полуживой: мебель в номере убитая, со сколами, буграми (может в результате подтопления?), сантехника стонет и шумит по ночам, через минуту после открытия крана, вода в ванной и раковине из стока идет наружу. Полотенца чистые, но в пятнах, которые невозможно отстирать. Есть вероятность, что только мне так не повезло, но я сужу, исходя из своего опыта пребывания в этом отеле. Также хочу отметить отсутствие на довольно высокой парадной лестнице пандуса или специальной тележки для крупногабаритного багажа. В аэропорт был заказан трансфер, была договоренность с менеджером отеля на 8.30 утра, в итоге вечером мне написал водитель и, сославшись на плотный трафик в будний день утром, предложил перенести время на 7:30. В итоге я ждала его почти до 8.30! Сотрудники отеля были удивлены, когда я выписалась на час раньше: т.е. правая рука не знает, что делает левая.....
The staff were very welcoming, kind and professional, especially Cindy and Edison, who were incredibly attentive. We also really enjoyed the location.
The location is good near Benh Than market
Shower heads are and the shower tub and toilet sink has stains. Towels provided are very old and very rough to use when you rub in your body.
This is my second time here. All good.

Colazione molto scarsa e 3% di aumento se non paghi in contanti senza contare che sono trattenuti il passaporto fina a quanto non pagavo , spiegato che avevo messo la carta di credito nella prenotazione ma nulla ,mentalmente non non ci arriva

The location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fair with limited choice but always had the option to eat from nearby locations at a walkable distance.
The queen mattress in the room was sinking due to broken spring, it needs replacement.
