Pros:

The location is close to the Zülpicher Platz and to Köln Süd train station. This makes access to public transportation so easy! Additionally, many opportunities to eat or shop nearby.
Although the room was small, it was facing the hotel’s own inner parking lot, so I could leave the window open for the night without any worry. They clean the rooms daily.
I almost got what I expected for my money.

Cons:

The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours. The bathroom’s visuals look bad with the brownish wall tiles. The water went down the drain pretty slowly in the slower.
For breakfast I asked gluten free bread and they couldn’t provide. I bought my own, and they had no issues I brought it for the meal. Refills are slow during the weekdays, and fast on the weekends. (Depends on the staff.)

Cons:

primer día, entramos el papel del techo de la pared estaba colgando en la habitación. el efecto fue desastroso porqué parecía que se iba a caer hacía nosotros. informamos de tales hechos a recepción y nos informó que lo repararían al día siguiente. Desafortunadamente, no lo hicieron y durante la noche, cedió más y el ruido que provocaba, nos producía inquietud durante la noche. Insistimos en recepción, y finalmente vinieron. después de varias reclamaciones y arrancaron el papel del techo. No lo repararon. El importe no corresponde a la calidad del servicio mostrado por el hotel. No volveremos a este hotel NI GRATIS.

A lift el volt romolva, a szoba az 5.emelten volt! A köztes ajtók üvegei be voltak törve!
A fürdő büdös volt és a víznyomás olyan gyenge, hogy szinte csak csorgott a víz!

Nie wieder eine Bichung im Hotel Leonet
Pros:

Wir kamen am Hotel an und wurden in ein Partnerhotel verwiesen. Ohne, dass man uns kontaktiert hatte ließ man uns anreisen um dann zu offenbaren, dass es mit unserem Zimmer ein „technisches Problem“ gäbe. Das Partnerhotel Ahl Meerkatzen hatte bei weitem nicht den Zimmerstandard den wir bei einer Buchung von ca. 140€ erwartet hätten. Wir bitten um eine angemessene Entschädigung.

Köln mini break
Pros:

Location was good with a simple 5 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop.
. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

.The hotel felt very dated throughout our stay. The lift only partially worked, and the staircase had broken glass panes that had simply been taped over, which didn’t give a great impression from a maintenance or safety point of view. On arrival, we were also left waiting at reception for around half an hour before being informed that our room wasn’t ready.

Более менее близко к центру.

Cons:

Нам дали комнату в который курили, хотя мы некурящие. Туалет был сломан, сходить туда не получиться. В душевой запах плесени в перемешку с табаком. Наша комната была с одним маленьким окошком, которое не закрывалось и постоянно сквозило, из-за этого спали в уличной одежде. Чистота очень сомнительная, обязательно ходить по комнате в тапочках как минимум. Спать не получиться потому-что стены картонные и все крики и вопли слышны даже в берушах.

Alles im allen sind wir sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nett.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Fahrstuhl defekt, Türen defekt, Glasscheiben von den Durchgangstüren sind kaputt. Die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem, Der Fussboden fleckig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sparsam bis leer. Die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum schien überfordert. Kam nicht mit dem Auffüllen des Buffets und des Besteckes hinterher.
