Estadia confortável e funcionários muito prestativos e cuidados com os hospedes.
Pros:

Da atenção dos funcionários e cordialidade, ajudaram com uma hospede barulhenta que estava no quarto ao lado, além de terem ajudado com café da manhã com opções veganas para mim. Outro ponto importante foi que estavam atentos e se preocuparam em ajudar o meu marido quando ele escorregou e caiu na área das refeições.

Cons:

Não tinha gostado do banheiro porque a água molha próximo à porta e sempre precisa ficar passando pano.

Cómodo , muy buen servicio , instalaciones impecables y cerca a todo .
Pros:

La ubicación , cerca del centro pero apartado del ruido . Las habitaciones súper cómodas , camas grandes , habitación de buen tamaño , una buena TV. Baño grande y moderno . El personal super atento , sobre todo SHEILA, su calidez y atención muy top .

Cons:

Que no tenga restaurante , mejorar el desayuno , era muy básico .

Café da manhã bom, produtos de boa qualidade, funcionários bem atenciosos e educados, boa localização e rua tranquila.
Com certeza recomendo.

Cons:

Só achei meio confuso o acesso aos alimentos no café da manhã no primeiro dia, os hospedes poderiam ser melhor orientado. Mas de resto, gostei muito.

La limpieza, en las habitaciones super bien, sin embargo en el gym o en la piscina habían bastantes bichos o se notaba que las instalaciones estaban hace tiempo sin limpiar, o con uso. Si bien que se note el uso no es malo en si, los asientos de la piscina o el suelo del gimnasio les faltaba oficio en la limpieza.

Cons:

A pesar de que es un hotel 4 estrellas, no me gustó que el personal no fuera contigo a mostrar la habitación, cosas muy básicas de hospitalidad en chile. Ya que el llevar las maletas uno mismo no es comodo, tambien, el hecho de que si bien, son detalles, como decirte el funcionamiento de la ducha, la ventana, que te acomoden el uso de la tele (porque estaba con cuentas de otros huespedes) son cosas que los puede hacer uno mismo, es tiempo que pierde uno como cliente, que las podría aprovechar en otras tareas mas importantes como desempacar.
