Slušný hotel poměr cena/ výkon
Pros:

Naprosto skvělá lokalita jako výchozí bod pro všechny aktivity. Vynikající a rozmanitá kuchyně. Naprosto skvělý a ochotný personál, zejména pak číšnice Camila, která svým veselým chováním a profesionalitou dodala atmosféru, že je zde člověk opravdu vítán.

Cons:

Vybavení pokojů by zasloužilo renovaci. To, že je starší asi není úplně problém, ale pokud je né plně funkční, tak už to za nějakou údržbu stojí, zvláště, když ostatní prostory jsou super - wellnes, jídelna… Každopádně, kdo není úplný kritik, tak se s tím dá přežít.

Jest basen, jest SPA, pokoje małe ale OK (biurko, telewizor, duża szafa, małe okno), w łazience WC, prysznic, umywalka, bidet.

Cons:

Generalnie personel na kolacji i śniadaniu - nie za przyjemny to mało powiedziane. W 4* hotelu spodziewasz się kultury i miłego przyjęcia - a tu musisz czekać kilka minut przy barze, żeby personel ustalił czy możesz zjeść płatną kolację. Na śniadaniu (wliczonym w cenie) znów czekasz przy barze żeby personel sprawdził czy możesz wejść na stołówkę, okazuje się że na jakiejś liście brakowało mojego nazwiska, palcem wskazano mi stolik w barze (oddzielna sala), obsługa niechętnie i dość niemiło odpowiadała na 2-3 pytania. Personel w recepcji OK - ale restaurację następnym razem bym ominął i zjadł gdzieś indziej.

Se devo cercare un difetto direi la camera che per il mio parere non è da hotel 4 stelle.

Pros:

SPA e piscina molto accoglienti. SPA, bella con anche stanza del freddo, tutto pulito e ordinato.
personale di sorveglianza, bagnino, in piscina. Palestra piccola ma ben attrezzata, non ha manubri dei pesi ma ha tanti attrezzi comuni.

- La stanza è fornita di tutto. Siamo stati molto bene. Camere come in foto
- Posizione favolosa, a 5 minuti partono i sentieri per andare a fare trekking a piedi.
- Cena inclusa: voto 7/10, si puo fare di meglio anche cose piu semplici ma tipo la carne di cervo è un po dura non si poteva mangiare , mentre antipasto, primi e dolce buoni.

In stanza ci sono le saponette solide, meglio i barattolini liquidi.
In stanza manca tisane/caffè, per un 4 stelle non me lo aspettavo.
Il resto tutto ottimo. Voto 9/10 nel complesso
