Super emplacement
Breakfast was organized, clean, and all the food was warm to hot, which met our specifications. Coffee was excellent and forgive me for not knowing his name, but whoever ran the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Met every need of ours and was kind.
The only thing that wasn’t attractive was the price over $600 for a night is extra extravagant, but we didn’t have a choice. We love this hotel, but wouldn’t probably not stay here again because of the price alone.
The front desk attempted to be polite but clearly lacked training for what was advertised as a 4 star hotel.
Hotel was filthy. I took photos once I arrived, with the intention to immediately cancel my stay. Hair and mold in the bathroom sink, hair still on the shower drain, grease smears on the elevator mirror, trash in halls and carpets outside. Crumbs on the wooden floors of bedroom. They placed me in a functionally different room than I booked, and told me they couldnt move me until the next day (if possible). I knew within 1 hour at the hotel that I couldnt stay there. What I was unable to photograph, was the stench of Body Odour on the towels and pillow. This was not a 4 star hotel ny any stretch. I immediately contacted booking and emailed the hotel management that I needed to leave. I was not voluntarily canceling my reservation, the hotel and room I was given was not as advertised. Considering this was a nearly 400USD a night hotel - it was unacceptable. I stayed up until 2am trying to get hold of an agent on booking.com. Even now, 2 days later (and safely in a different hotel), I have not heard back from either Booking.com or management. This hotel is not sanitary.

Desayuno, malo no lo recomiendo además muy mal servido, todo diseñado para que no comas… había que sacar hasta el jugo del refrigerador y podía los panes y queues envueltos en plástico transparente … es decir si lo se abre se guarda para mañana
