Good location. Bad Hotel
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

I was about to early check-in, but i have called them in 4 days before and they said me that is available but the day i was there they said me “sorry you didn’t called us” but we have a suit for you. There was no fridge, no A/C, the bed was dirty, the personal was rude and i had a large luggage which i need to take on my own to the third floor. Don’t recommend

Pros:

Було все чисто, прибрано, затишно.
Дуже приємний ,ввічливий персонал.
Кожного дня приходили прибрати, змінити рушники та косметичні засоби

Pros:

Чудове розташування готелю просто в серці історичної частини міста! Сам готель дуже атмосферний, оформлений у класичному стилі. Персонал неймовірно ввічливий. Окрема подяка за те, що можна залишити багаж після заселення.

Затишний готель у історичному центрі Львова.
Адміністрація швидко реагує на запити гостей. У приміщенні кав'ярня куди заходив колись Іван Франко. Приємні ціни як для центру Львова. Рекомендуємо!

Nicely located, reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

Room, although smallish was clean and quiet

Cons:

The aircon appears to be set remotely and was turned off during the night. The room became warm which woke me up. There is no fridge in the room, however the desk clerk allowed me to store items in the downstairs fridge

I booked the room at a late time and it was ok, but I have physical limitations that made stairs a bit of a workout.
