Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Hotel has a private car park located to the rear, with an entrance in between 2 pillars at the front of the main Hotel building. Parking costs GBP 9 per day from check-in time to check-out time, and £3 from 11 am until 3 pm after check out. We also provide permits for on-street parking available to rent at reception for the same price as our parking. Alternatively, we recommend using on-street metered parking with local charges applicable.

Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms with prior arrangement directly with the hotel and are subject to availability, for GBP 10 extra charge.

Please note that all Special Requests must be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival. They are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Excellent quiet location in Clifton village. Good breakfasts. Nice room at an economical price.
If you get an Uber to it ask for 30 Victoria Square because on the Uber system they have the hotels location wrong. 4 times they took me to the Avon Gorge Hotel about a mile away. Not the hotels fault of course I'm just giving you a tip here.

Excellent hotel for short city break in Bristol.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, arrived about an hour before check in,(3pm), to see if I could leave car at hotel. As it happened room was ready so was able to check in. Car park was quite full but was able to find a space, although there is a £9 charge for parking. Had a single room which was perfectly comfortable for one nights stay. Hotel is situated quite near Bristol City Centre which is within a 20 to 30 minute walk. I walked to Bristol museum, which is worth a visit and went to the O2 Academy for a concert later that evening. There is a bus stop directly outside hotel which may take you into the city centre. Room was generally very clean. Had a good breakfast the next morning which I booked when I checked in. Served between 7am and 9am on weekdays.

Cons:

Perhaps the shower in the bathroom was showing a little bit of wear and tear, the tiling grout had a little bit of mould and the shower base had seen better days, but it was by no means unacceptable.

Direct access from our room to the garden via patio door. Our dog loved it!

We had an enjoyable stay thank you.
Pros:

The location of the hotel to our wedding venue was perfect. House keeping lady was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location of the room on the 2nd floor was hard for my sister climbing those stairs as she has breathing issues, so if we were to book again, we would request a room on a lower level. The second door on the entrance is quite stiff to open.

Great location - not the most welcoming though
Pros:

Lovely location in the heart of Clifton - perfect for our visit. Handy to have a car park behind the building.

Cons:

Not the most welcoming of arrivals - I was asked to move my car by an exasperated employee who was quite curt. Perhaps demarcating the bays would save this from happening.
Bathroom slightly dated and basic - no bath.
