Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Hotel has a private car park located to the rear, with an entrance in between 2 pillars at the front of the main Hotel building. Parking costs GBP 9 per day from check-in time to check-out time, and £3 from 11 am until 3 pm after check out. We also provide permits for on-street parking available to rent at reception for the same price as our parking. Alternatively, we recommend using on-street metered parking with local charges applicable.
Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms with prior arrangement directly with the hotel and are subject to availability, for GBP 10 extra charge.

Nice size room,plenty of space
I loved everything! Awesome location (literally right at the bus stop) and very clean room! Breakfast was also so delicious and the staff were amazing
No lift but honestly it wasn’t a problem as the staff helped me carry my bags up - just something to be aware of if you can’t do stairs though
Hotel situated within walking distance of Clifton village, suspension bridge , the city centre and the harbourside.
The staff were wonderful and the room was very nice .
Didn't like having to pay to park in the hotels own car park , I would rather they put the hotel charge up and include the cost of parking .
Breakfast was good but both days we were there the bacon was overcooked.

Staff were very friendly.
Very dated old fashioned room . Bed was hard the room was big but hard to get ready in due to limited plug sockets and mirrors, dressing tables very low. Sink in bathroom was letting off a nasty smell of sewers every time we used.
Room looked grubby and it wasn’t overly clean defiantly was not worth the money we paid.

El hotel no está céntrico pero está en un barrio con mucho encanto para visitar el puente de Clifton.
El recepcionista y las camareras del desayuno fueron muy amables.
El hotel tiene un aparcamiento de pago pero que es una maravilla en ciudades grandes, donde buscar aparcamiento es muy complicado. Además, actualmente vale 9£ la noche, lo cual me parece bastante adecuado para los precios que vi en Inglaterra.
El desayuno estaba muy bien pero había que pedir desde el día anterior lo que querías desayunar (esto si querías el desayuno inglés, si querías buffet normal podías comer lo que quisieras). Además también había que decir a la hora a la que irías a desayunar, estando de vacaciones, a veces quieres ir sin horarios tan rígidos.
El hotel no tiene ascensor (lo cual ya sabía) pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.
La habitación era extremadamente pequeña (también la escogí así porque no necesitaba más para ir a dormir) pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta si se va a pasar varias noches porque prácticamente no se podía abrir las maletas sin tropezarse.
Y por último creo que deberían hacer una inversión en aire acondicionado, sé que en Inglaterra no es usual pasar calor, pero debido al cambio climático esto es cada vez más frecuente y un ventilador para una habitación no es suficiente.

1. We had to move traffic cones to park. Asked to move car at 10.27 pm because we moved the cones. In the morning cones still there, we could have parked it was safe.
2. Bedroom was on 3 floor in attic.. Stairs are steep and plentiful. Husband fell down stairs when carrying case done as very steep and curved. Staff said there’s nothing we can do about this when she watched him slip. Do not use hotel if access needs or elderly. No lift. No offer of help with bags
3. Breakfast all empty when arrived and short staffed. One member serving at least 10 tables. She did well but it’s too much for one person. Had to fill in on registration after long car journey and state time slot to ten minutes.
