Check-in after 18:00 must be requested at least 1 hour before arrival., otherwise may result in prolonged waiting time or no access to the property.
Please note that the property does not accept any bookings for more than 6 people (4 adults and 2 children maximum). The property does also not allow visitors to hotel rooms. The Regency Hotel Brighton only allows the maximum occupation of people as advertised in each room.
Check in starts at 14:00. Upon prior arrangement with the property, guests can leave their luggage at the hotel starting with 09:00.
Please note that there is no elevator at this property.
Regency Square Car Park is the nearest car park to the property. Reservation is not possible.

The location was perfect for our stay. The staff welcomed us well. It was a climb to the top floor but was good space when we got you there. The shower looked like it needed a refurb but as it turned out the shower was excellent, hot with great water pressure. Linen was clean and beds were comfy.
The hotel is a bit ‘tired’. But having said that we had a perfectly good stay there.
Right by the beach and amenities. Easy to access. There's a multi-story car park opposite the road but it does cost a bit to stay for extended periods. Worth a stay for the price.
It's just a bit out dated and old fashioned. There are renovations in progress so that might change soon.

La stanza risulta trascurata. Non pulita c'è la polvere sul pavimento e sui mobili. Nel bagno c'è il lavandino con una crepa riparata male. Nel gabinetto nel fondo c'è una grande macchia color marrone. La tenda oscurante è rotta. Ho soggiornato 4 giorni e tutti i giorni entrava in stanza qualcuno a svuotare solo i cestini, ma non ha mai eliminato la polvere dal pavimento! Quindi direi trascuratezza e mancanza di pulizia. Lo so che non ho scelto un hotel 5 stelle però la pulizia è alla base dell'ospitalità.

Staff was helpful and kind and the room was comfortable with a great view. Great location too as the beach and all other activities are within a short walk!
The location & the owners were lovely they couldn't of been more helpful. Even after check out time they let us leave our suitcases there & come collect them when we was ready to go home. (Which really helped)

The hotel was in a perfect location for beach & the i360 tower. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet after midnight. Not a bad price to stay in.
A very old building & in need of updating, it was good for just a few days at most. With no lift, the endless stairs to the top floor were tiring. The fire alarm going off twice at night wasn't good. Wouldn't stay again.
The location, the manager upgraded my room. Charming building.
The plumbing is really old, it had a bad smell at times. My shower flooded once.
I had to leave a night earlier because I couldn't sleep for 5 nights in a row due to other guests screaming like monkeys at 3am
My room had a lovely working window looking out to sea, with a park directly outside.
