Guests have access to the New Leaf Spa from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure. The New leaf Spa is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Children can use the swimming pool between 8AM - 10AM and again between 4PM - 8PM.

Lovely setting and the room was a good size with all the facilities you could need.
Smart TV with apps etc which are a great for those that do not want to watch standard TV.
Food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
When ordering a double room, it's frustrating when you get 2 single beds that are just pushed together without securing them. No mattress topper either meaning that a ridge and eventually a gap formed between the beds.
It's not something I would expect from a higher class hotel and somewhat made the experience a little disappointing.

The property is well linked and easy to find.
The description and pictures online aren’t what we saw. We booked an executive double room, online it looks bright and airy. Our room was dark and cold. A tired room with holes in the carpet and stains in the toilet. The pictures on line showed toiletries, only ones in room were half filled pumps attached to the walls, which didn’t give the impression of an executive room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows old and lumpy. The room was freezing and although there was a radiator in the room it clearly wasn’t on. Because of how dark it was I found if difficult to get ready and apply my make up, the lamp in the room was broken I asked at reception to swap it and the person on the desk said someone would come and change if. It never materialised so I mentioned it again when we checked out. I imagine it will stay that way for a while. WiFi was pretty pointless in our room and not a lot of signal elsewhere. The hotel is like a little rabbit warren and spread out so would be mindful if staying with limited mobility, this would not be the place for you. We could not use the spa facilities as the pool was closed due to a maintenance problem. We did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on the food.
Not a lot, very dated, musty/damp smell in the bedroom, stains on the carpet, shabby, tatty and not welcoming. Corridors, chipped paint, dated and worn wallpaper and worn carpets.

Bedroom was lovely and bar was welcoming, staff were friendly and good breakfast.
It was good value.
Rooms were not cleaned well and overall the place could do with a good hoover and lick of paint.
