Good location and wonderful staff. Clean.
The room was huge! I wish I was staying more than one night. I would have been comfortable here for many nights.

Nice welcome email from hotel. Professional and courteous manager. Room is clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room. Good size TV. Clean bathroom. I like the bathroom color and counter space. Lots of windows and dark curtains. Large desk to work on. Sofa , chair and dining table are comfortable. Bright lighting. Nice and clean pet area.
In front of the all the room and the ice machine area are not very clean. Blinds can't close all the way down. Lose toilet seat. No place to hang clothes or clothes hangers so you have to hang in the bathroom.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We immediately left after coming into a room that smelled like smoke and with pee stains on the bathroom floor in several locations. Every door in the motel has large dents, from what appears to be someone trying to break in. In my opinion, if you value your health and safety I wouldn't stay here. I was accused of lying when I brought this to the staffs attention.
This is a top 10 place to stay, maybe top 3 for the value - everything is new and friendly nice people. The Pool is 10 feet deep, plenty of room- even a lounge floaty, if you are lucky enough to find vacancy here - you better take it !!!!
There is nothing not to like !
Great location for making your stay walkable to many nearby restaurants and venues. Busy road but room was very clean and quiet. Great outdoor pool was great.
Had an issue at check in and they quickly fixed it. Great service for everything you needed.

There was nothing to not like.
The Cascade Lodge was super clean and very spacious! The bathroom even has a jacuzzi tub (even though we didn’t use it). For the price we paid, it was a fantastic value. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again if our travels pass through Bend.
Cleanliness was EXCELLENT. Very quiet and well equipped room which actually helped me get some real sleep! Much appreciated the manager listened to my request! Highly recommended if you are in the area!
