The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The balcony view allowed some fresh air and a breather ;) when needed.
I found all of the staff to be incredibly pleasant and helpful, but Lauren deserves a special mention for the roses, the pillows and so much more.
We will be back again and again. As a lifelong NUFC fan, I have always had a special connection with the City, but until recently I hadn't had the time or capacity to get out on my feet in the city and explore. As we get older, we appreciate taking more time to take everything in and rather than driving home after gigs, we've started to stay over more, allowing us to get into the present moment more and be a part of the atmosphere and the buzz.
In this new cycle, we have settled on the Sandman as a beautiful, comfortable hub at the centre of the action, so we can get about, have some fun, then relax and recuperate, so we can do it all over again.
Thank you for the memories.

Good quality, clean & comfortable. Friendly pleasant & all round helpful staff especially from Emma who went the extra mile & our maid service who also did a great job. Stayed here a number of times & we've never been disappointed. Great breakfast & great service 👍
Shower was excellent however water didn't drain very well.
