The lifts seem very squeaky my partner said one lift seemed faulty and then it was closed.
Close proximity to the stadium for our function
Rooms quite dated, suffering for the need of a lick of paint. First room we were offered was filthy, blood stains on the net curtains and grime in the bedside cabinet

Everything. Location, executive suite with open air balcony, super clean, massive bed, the comfiest ever, staff absolutely lovely, extra dog friendly. Fantastic thank you all
Nothing
In our studio, there was no air con (room 614) and the glass bathroom door didn't work well, plus the sink tap needs fixing. In the kitchenette there was not enough cultlery. However, overall we like this hotel.
