Great stay! Please get a laundry!
Pros:

Great location, 5 mins walk to USJ. The hotel lobby was a breath of fresh air when you walk in. The lounge facility was very handy for tired afternoons.

Cons:

No self-serve laundry! :(
And no laundromat around (at least 2 train stops away).

Pros:

Large choix lors du petit déjeuner et snack offert le soir 👍

Cons:

Incompréhension pour l'envoie des valises (barrière de la langue) , l'hôtesse d'accueil ne nous avais pas dit que la réservation pour l'envoie des bagages ce faisait a l'étage entre 9h et 13h.
Mais sa collègue nous a bien aidé le soir ou nous devions les envoyer en remplissant le formulaire en japonais pour l'envoie

Great place to stay near Universal Japan.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Steps away from the train station as well as Universal.

Cons:

As with most of the hotels we stayed at in Japan, the rooms were small.

Great value hotel for being close to universal. Rooms were big and spacious, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Close dining options and shops, super close to universal studios and the train station. Worth the stay. The rooms were clean and all toiletries and pajamas were included in stay.

Cons:

Uber driver drove us to a back entrance and we couldn’t find the the front desk. Had to take an elevator up to get to the lobby, it had no signs pointing the direction. The sign was only visible when you went to the elevator.
