I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Baku. I would especially like to thank the team for the kind upgrade and the warm welcome.

The check-in experience was excellent — very professional, friendly, and informative. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable from the very beginning.

The room was comfortable, clean, and fully met my expectations. Overall, everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!

From the reception to the excellent service, the hotel meets all high expectations.
Pros:

A hotel with a level of service above the ordinary. from the reception (thanks to Said) to the room service and all the staff that takes care of every detail, the best location, the 25th floor that moves in 360° with unique cocktails and a beautiful view of the entire city of Baku, made our stay pleasant.

Pros:

Fantastic 5 night stay at the Hilton Baku. Friendly welcome and great service throughout our visit. The hotel is well located and the facilities were excellent. Extensive breakfast offering. The steam room and sauna next to the indoor pool were very nice to use for a relaxing moment. Amazing views from the bar and restaurant at higher floors. Thanks to the team for making a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Baku and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care.

We would like to convey our special gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Elnur Soltanov, Assistant Front Office Manager. From the very beginning of our stay, Elnur made us feel truly welcome. He was exceptionally kind, respectful, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. What we appreciated most was his individual approach and genuine attention to our needs, especially taking into consideration my mother’s health condition. His support and thoughtful attitude made our stay much more comfortable and cozy. It is rare to encounter such a combination of professionalism, empathy, and personal attention.

We would also like to thank the Front Office team, especially Fidan, Munavvar and Sayavush, for their assistance and warm hospitality. They were always helpful, courteous, and happy to assist whenever we needed anything.

Our special thanks also go to the wonderful team at Cilantro Restaurant — Olga, Svetlana, Aytac and Fuad. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, which made every visit to the restaurant a pleasant experience.
Overall, our stay at Hilton Baku was truly memorable. The hotel itself is excellent, but what makes the experience special is the people who work there. The warmth, professionalism, and sincere care shown by the team made us feel not simply like guests, but rather at home.

Thank you to the entire Hilton Baku team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be delighted to return again!

The staff was really great. Especially Munavvar at the reception was really supportive and helpful. My child had his birthday and they delivered a very yummy cake for his birthday.

Cons:

Everything was likeable about the stay. The only thing was that my staff had booked 3 rooms initially which I wanted to upgrade to two suites but since the booking was done for three i couldn’t change it to two.
Munavvar helped us upgrade the rooms to the Caspian Suites and provided one suite with an attached room which was more than our requirement.
Other than this everything was great.

An unforgettable experience
Pros:

An unforgettable experience, Gulendam - a girl at the reception was very pleasant and smiling and helped me choose a massage that suited me. Gulya - a physiotherapist who gave me a fun massage. She has golden hands, used heated Italian oil that helped me relax. The spa is on the 23rd floor where there is a fascinating view, an artistic painting

Great hotel and service. The staff are amazing and the facilities excellent.
Pros:

The location was amazing close to the sea front and to the old city. Good service and staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast and used the gym, spa and salon.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasnt great in the hotel and the weather was really hot a humid. We had to request another room due to the room air conditioning not working properly (it was ok in the living room but not at all in the bedroom making sleep impossible). In fairness they sent an engineer to try to reolve immeidately then moved us to a better suite. After that they regulary checked in on us and looked after us to ensure our stay was perfect! Mr Said was amazing he checked on us every day and made sure the rest of the stay was excellent. He is a hospitality super star.
