⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat is one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve had. Nestled in the lush hills of Soufrière, the property offers breathtaking views of the Pitons and an atmosphere that feels peaceful, private, and completely immersed in nature.
The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was experiencing the property’s connection to chocolate—from the cacao growing on-site to the various chocolate-inspired experiences available to guests.
The rooms are designed to embrace the surrounding landscape, allowing guests to disconnect and truly appreciate the beauty of Saint Lucia. The views alone are worth the stay, especially at sunrise and sunset.
The food was thoughtfully prepared, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the overall experience felt authentic rather than overly commercialized. If you’re looking for a resort that offers something different from a traditional beachfront stay, Rabot Hotel delivers an unforgettable experience.
It’s literally in the middle of the jungle, with the most amazing view of the petit piton. Everything is perfect in this suspended paradise! The food at the restaurant is quite innovative, you can taste that everything is fresh and made from scratch. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Being in the middle of the jungle means nights can be noisy. We loved it, and the hotel provided earplugs but that something to note.
We enjoyed our honeymoon at Hotel Chocolat. Food is 10 out of 10. Views are amazing. We had the luxe lodge and definitely recommend for couples. The verandah space is worth it. We looked forward to the daily delicious breakfast and chocolate truffles in our room mini bar. I miss it already and would love to go back again. Staff and concierge was amazing. Also booking anything from excursions or just a taxi was so easy. Location is very convenient if you want to be close to all the attractions and access to restaurants or nearby beaches.
Lunch at Rabot is an experience on its' own!
The ambiance is super chill and classy at the same time. Their Soursop Mocktail in champagne flute is a sparkling dream. Amazing Breadfruut Balls and Salt Fish Fritters. Rice...oh wow. Vegetables like a painting and crispy. The Chocolate Ravioli unique. Then the desserts....... the Chocolate Creme Brulee and Chocolate Tiramisu were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I wanted to take home a tub of each, along with the lovely pastry chef!.
Room was small with no view or aircon
Service at breakfast was glacial
The food and drinks are very expensive and priced in us$
The fish was overcooked
Noisy road
Over priced and average quality
This is an incredible place and great experience. From the food, location, staff friendliness, staff welcoming, nature experience, it’s a real tropical rainforest and experience that must be on the bucket list.
AMAZING !!
Stayed with my husband for 4 nights.
From start to end the staff, food and accommodation have been so so good.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and well equipped, food and service are the best we’ve had. Nothing is to much trouble.
The rooms are open to the elements which is an experience in itself.
We did the tour of the farm, it’s a definite must. We made our own chocolate bars. John was our guide and he was great. Loads of information.
Stayed here 2 nights in May 2026 and honestly blown away. Room was spotless — like, white-glove clean. Staff went out of their way to help, restaurant had incredible food — everything was perfect — and the views at the pool are unreal. Would book again in a heartbeat. Great for couples or anyone who wants to feel pampered.
The scenery and the pool were out of this world, and the fact that you get to stay in the middle of a forest, hearing its sounds, is also amazing.
The restaurant has a poor menu, lacking of variety and only Cacau based dishes. In the beginning is nice, maybe for one meal, not for all. Additionally, most part of the staff (hotel and restaurant) looked angry, almost like you’re doing something wrong.
It was ok, the view was the best bit. The food itself was ok, but I honestly think we ate better elsewhere this week. It was reasonably priced and the staff felt friendly.
The hotel is gorgeous and the location is amazing but you are limited in choices to eat and drink around the resort, unless you take a taxi, which the resort is happy to arrange. The rooms are very lovely and comfortable and open to the elements which is lovely. This place would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for the breakfast! We paid for B&B but the 'complimentary' breakfast was literally a plate with 2 bananas, a slice of melon and a smoothie shot. Everything else we had to pay for and it was very expensive!!
The staff were mostly very friendly.
If you're happy to not wonder far you will love this place but we would have preferred to be able to walk into town
The hotel is amazing, the rooms are immersed in nature and wildlife as well as being beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and also the restaurant for dinner was definitely one of the best in the island. The service in the restaurant is quite slow, which it’s actually nice to be slower on holiday. Definitely recommended.
The Jungle feel and the lodges were excellent. Fantastic view from pool & restaurant.
Limited smaller food options, only full meals.
Hotel Chocolat is my favourite brand of chocolate to eat in the UK , so it was wonderful to be able to stay here for a couple of nights after we had stayed by the coast for a few days.
Chocolate made from cacao grown in St Lucia is distinctively different from any other chocolate. It has a malty flavour which I love.
The rooms are essentially luxurious cabins. There are shutters (no glass) and an open air shower, so you are fully immersed in the jungle-like setting. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough for us a night time.
You will see and hear all the little jungle critters! (The hotel provides earplugs)
The views from the pool area and bar/restaurant are breathtaking.
You can see the road from one end of the pool area , so we moved to the other end and the problem was solved.
The staff are great and arranged freshly picked coconuts from the hotel grounds, so we could have rum cocktails.
The complimentary tour of the plantation was excellent and very informative.
Absolutely stunning views. Delicious and beautifully presented food. The most amazing walks on the property’s doorstep. If you want nature in abundance this is the place to come. Staff are friendly and highly accommodating and caring. Special thank you to the staff that looked after me when I was very sick, and gave us the room for longer upon check out so I could rest before my flight home. I still appreciate your kindness so much to this day. If we come back to St Lucia we will 100% come back to your hotel, thank you again!
