A única coisa boa deste hotel é o restaurante.

Fui para comemorar meu aniversário, fui pelas avaliações, disseram que era excelente, para excelente falta muito ,não vale o que cobram, cama Ruim, quartos velhos, limpeza dos quartos péssima, cortina quarto suja, teto com mofo . Enfim não ficaria novamente, não tem estacionamento suficiente, eles alugam espaço para eventos e os hóspedes ficam sem lugar para estacionar, sem estrutura para preço sei cobram .

Atendimento e recepção pode melhorar, fechaduras velhas tive problemas com cartão eletrônico várias vezes tendo que ir mais 5 vezes carregar o mesmo e até trocar a fechadura. E mesmo assim seguia com problemas, causou transtorno.

Excellent hotel with amenities that allowed you to stay in all day.
Pros:

Very good breakfast, many choices. Attentative staff. Restaurant provided meals to order, freshly cooked.

Cons:

Great hotel, but beware of the "optional"10% service fee that is added at checkout
Pros:

1. The swimming pools were great, despite the weather during our stay not being typical Foz de Iguaçu weather. 2. The indoor pool with bar and hydromassages was just chef's kiss; 3. The breakfast and supper buffets were just awesome, with myriad options for all tastes; 4. Didn't end up using, but from what we could see the kids recreation seems awesome with plenty of options for all ages.

Cons:

1. Sauna facilities not working; 2. the gym is a bit too simple and barebones for a hotel of this caliber; 3. The most egregious, which left us with a bad taste in the mouth after an otherwise great stay... at checkout the hotel tried charging us a 10% "service fee" over the full stay rate, not just the restaurante activities... this is considered an abusive practice by PROCON and we had to actually ask to have it removed... never seem this before in a resort... even in the same city... Other guest we talked too didn't pay attention and had trouble later getting it refunded.
