Onsite Parking, Friendliness of Staff.
Mould on Shower Unit, Shower unit itself was well past its sell by date.
The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an even close by. Having on site parking was brilliant too
The shower was very powerful.
Mattress was rather soft.
Bathroom bulb could of been of a brighter wattage.

The food was very unpleasant. The sheets were stained although the staff did change them.

Location
Breakfast served between 7am and 9am. Was told I didn’t need to book the night before and when I went to the restaurant at 8.25am was told they didn’t know how much they had left. He said he would cook some more mushrooms.
It was suggested I had a look what was on offer and it looked totally unappetising and poorly presented so decided to not bother and get breakfast elsewhere
Location is good, very close to city centre.

The room was clean bath was nice staff were good
The residents that live permantley in the hotel very dodge think that homeless and people that are on bail live here i got assulted by a resident
The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was well situated for me to access the places I wanted to go to.
The dinner I ordered from the restaurant was very disappointing and not value for money at all. The breakfast had quality ingredients but badly cooked. Some of the male staff were not well trained in hospitatlity.
