Location was great. Lounge downstairs was excellent. Above all what made the stay enjoyable was the staff. An outstanding staff member was Herman. If you get the chance to have a coffee made by him, then do so. Best coffee I have had in the whole of Malaysia. Herman is a real asset and star of the team. Breakfast was nice. Comfy bed, clean room.
Rooms very small. POD shower and toilet system cramped with little privacy for two.
Great vibe in the lounge area and great staff. Good location in the city.
Our room was a disabled room which is apparently bigger but the shower drained poorly flooding most of the floor which was frustrating. Also the bed only had access from one side so one person had to climb over the other person.

Clean and cozy! Very good buffet breakfast. iPad controlling lights/blinds/TV is a nice touch.

The room was clean and spacious. Their room concept is engaging and unique.
The water from the shower area seeps thru the glass door and acccumulates at tha base of the toilet bowl.
Very cozy, clean, and comfortable room that exceeded my expectations. I had a lovely view from the window, really enjoyed the design, and the room had everything I needed.
Instead of shower gel/shampoo/cond the shower had AM shampoo and PM shampoo, which was a new concept for me. Not a negative thing necessarily but having a shower gel in addition to shampoo would be a plus!

The hotel has a cool and modern vibe, I definitely liked it! Convenient location (Monorail station Imbi is 5-10 minutes away and MRT Bukit Bintang 10-15 minutes away), nice and friendly staff. 7Eleven next door. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but it is very good with both Asian and Western options.
Only a minor issue, but it is a bit inconvenient that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. But as said it is only a minor thing and despite this I absolutely loved my stay!
