La ubicación está bien, cerca del mercado Street food y las instalaciones son modernas

Que tienen el control de la habitación modo domótica y todo se gestiona desde una tablet
La nuestra no funcionaba y el aire estaba al máximo
Se lo dije a un miembro del staff y dijo que no me podía ayudar que el mantenimiento lo llevaba una empresa externa, por lo que tuvimos que pasar la noche con el aire activo y potencia alta
Además de no poder encender la TV etc
Le dije al mismo miembro del staff si él podía regularme la temperatura y la potencia en remoto y me dijo que lo haría, pero finalmente no lo hizo

A good choice for a good night’s rest during a 24hr layover at the end of a trip.
Pros:

Catching the monorail, it was located between two stations. Staff were very helpful checking in, out and during the stay. Breakfast had a range of western options (bread, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cereal) which is good if you want to lower the mental load in the morning. A DJ was playing an outdoor set nearby but the noise didn’t carry into the room.

Cons:

I arrived late, and left early so I didn’t experience anything I didn’t like.

Pros:

Stayed at citizenM for just one night but it’s now on the top of my list for my next visit to KL. Great location and comfortable rooms.
The coffee and breakfast was a huge plus :)

Zum Erkunden der Staft super Hotel! Gerne wieder!
Pros:

- Lage ist super
- Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, super Aussicht!
- Personal beim Check in und Sicherheitsmann sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit
- alles digital, man kann alles im Zimmer mit dem Tablet bedienen
- kleiner 7/11 direkt nebenan
- sehr bunte Street Food-Straße direkt nebenan! Hammerlecker!

Cons:

- am Tag meiner Ankunft und die erste Nacht über funktionierte das Tablet nicht und somit konnte die Klimaanlage auch nicht ausgeschaltet werden (und es wurde nicht kommuniziert, erst auf Nachfrage erfuhr man dies). Dementsprechend kalt war es. Ab dem zweiten Tag funktionierte wieder alles
- Handseifen-, Shampoo- und Duschgelspender waren auch nach Hinweis ans Personal am nächsten Tag immer noch alle. Störte mich nun nicht so, da ich eh auscheckte am nächsten Tag, aber sonst hätte es nervig werden können.

The best hotel.
Pros:

Basically everything was wonderful. What made this hotel different was how clean it was. We usally wet wipe the room at a hotel but this time we didn't need to. The staff were also very nice and gave a very warm welcome. These factors made the hotal feel like home.

Cons:

I have no complaints. To me this hotel was perfect

A perfect city stay in KL!
Pros:

Location of Citizen M is really good - halfway between Bukit Bintang and Chinatown, it's in a great spot. The hotel is modern and funky with all the modern amenities of a boutique-style hotel. The rooms are cosy and well connected with high speed internet and an iPad to control everything. I would return.

Cons:

Not much to complain about truthfully! The rooms are compact, but truly if you're out and about seeing KL, they are fine.
