El tour del cafe es magnífico

Cons:

La relacion calidad precio de la suite junior deja mucho que desear. La cama extragrande se componia de dos somieres de cama mas pequeño haciendo que el colchon se hundiera en su parte central, el sofa de la habitacion estaba, ademas de sucio, muy viejo con los cojines hundidos y en el cuarto de baño, las juntas del lavabo parecia que las habia hecho el primero que pasaba por alli.

I could stay forever! A lovely place to experience.
Pros:

The grounds are incredible! Watching the clouds come over the mountain ridge in the late afternoon is magical. Lots of flowing air through the room. Crisp white sheets, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is big and spacious. Parking is easy and accessible. The breakfast included is delicious, but the coffee is from the farm and captures all the senses of your surroundings. We took a tour of the farm with Cesar. His method of explaining how the rhythm of nature and the process of growing the best coffee I’ve ever tasted was interesting and intelligent. We had dinner every night we stayed. Excellent farm to table, full of flavor choices. There is no need to leave Lerida farms, perfection is at your doorstep.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit wunderschönen Blumen. Das Coffeetasting (included) war super. Man bekommt morgens auf Wunsch Kaffee aufs Zimmer.

Cons:

Empfang an der Rezeption war unfreundlich, uns wurden erst falsche Preise genannt und wir mussten bis Punkt 15 Uhr warten, obwohl alle Zimmer leerstanden. Insgesamt ist alles zu teuer für die Leistung (Zimmer, Ausflüge, Restaurant,). Es gab auch fast keine anderen Gäste, schafe für das tolle Ambiente.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with top-notch customer service
Pros:

Everything was amazing -- they pay attention to every detail at this property. Panama tends to be lacking in customer service, but this hotel was top-notch. They go out of their way to make your stay so comfortable and cozy. I loved all of the little touches -- morning coffee, the outdoor fireplace, quick and easy communication, help with travel arrangements -- they even brought us heated water bottles one evening when it was chilly outside (by their standards). Restaurant was wonderful (though slow like everywhere in Panama - but that comes with the territory and we expected it). We took the coffee tour and loved it! The bathroom was updated and modern and so comfortable. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. The property was absolutely beautiful.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful.
