Buena ubicacion pero necesita mejorar

Lo mejor que tiene este alojamiento es la ubicación y el personal que te ayuda en lo que puede.

Cons:

La habitación es realmente pequeña y el mobiliario de la misma tampoco ayudan, ya que meten armarios y escritorios sin que haya espacio suficiente, lo cual lo hace mas incomodo. Incluso las camas individuales son de 80cm de ancho.
Por otro lado, el baño necesita un arreglo e incluso la instalacion electrica, ya que al enchufar un secador de pelo saltaba el diferencial.

Nada más llegar nos robaron haciendo el check in, había dos personas deambulando por la zona de recepción, incluso uno de ellos bajó por las escaleras del hotel fue a la zona de desayunos cogió un zumo y se lo dio al que estaba sentado, para cuando terminamos el check in ya nos habían robado una mochila pequeña y habían desaparecido, nos dijeron que no estaban alojados, porque miraron las cámaras y vieron como cogían mi mochila, yo lo denuncié a la policía, incluso fui a los dos días a decirles que fueran a ver las cámaras, nada de momento no tengo noticias, creo que no pueden andar gente que no está hospedada deambulando por recepción campando a sus anchas, creo que el hotel también debía de haber denunciado el robo porque seguramente que esa gente anda por los hoteles de la zona haciendo todos días lo mismo….

Extrême gentillesse des agents à l'accueil très à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et literie de qualité.
Café et/ou thé offert. Proximité de la gare. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Genève. Carte de transport gratuite au moment de notre venue.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, les nuisances sonores (musique entre autres) assez tard le soir côté rue. Ventilation que l'on perçoit un petit peu trop même si elle est coupée mais cette remarque est surtout liée à un souci de santé personnel donc sans nul doute pas gênant pour les autres personnes.

the location is super nice and very central. You can walk from everywhere from the hotel. Rooms are quite small but for us it has enough place. The beds and the shower were good. The breakfast was definitely good, it was a very conveniant open buffet. PRice/ performance was great.

Cons:

We had very plaesant stay however there are some things to point out:
The hotel has a very small elevator, for one person only. This did not create a problem for us because we had no luggage and also stayed on the first floor. With luggages that might be a prob.
The location of the hotel is super central, so get ready for the restaurant/food smell and very loud conversations or talks in the nearby hotel till late night.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, équipe très agréable et accueillante, fenêtres assez isolantes par rapport au bruit. Attention l’ascenseur est très petit (2pers), petit déjeuner correct mais un peu pauvre (pas de chocolat chaud ou d’œufs brouillés)
