ótima localização com opções bem próximas de restaurantes para jantar, a equipe muito educada e atenciosa inclusive o rapaz do café da manhã.
Viajo toda semana para o Norte do estado e percebi claramente a diferença desse hotel no acolhimento, ainda mais que estava com minha família para um evento de grande significado.
Gostei muito da cordialidade da equipe, todos muito simpáticos e educados. O café da manhã maravilhoso, pão de queijo quentinho e ovos fritos na hora. Não lembro o nome do moço que atendia no café da manhã, super simpático. Tudo bem limpo, organizado e cuidado.
Acústica ruim do quarto, fiquei num quarto perto da escada de acesso então tinha muito fluxo de pessoas, havia uma placa na escada para fazer silêncio, mas não da para contar muito com a educação do Brasileiro. O travesseiro também era desconfortável. Mas de forma geral gostei muito do hotel, voltaria.
A hospitalidade e simpatia de todo o staff, em particular da proprietária Tatiane que amavelmente me deu um upgrade para um quarto melhor.
