Pros:

The Boulan was a beautiful hotel, felt really luxurious, and made our time in Miami very comfortable. The rooms are stunning and the staff are so lovely.

Cons:

The only complaint I would have is that you get 2 beach chairs included in the booking, but you need to buy the umbrella for shade yourself. It would be very uncomfortable to use the chairs without shade, so this arrangement does feel a bit like a money grab. You also feel like an inconvenience when you arrive to the beach and ask for the umbrella, the staff located there don't seem to enjoy their job.

Pros:

Location was great. Valet parking was nice. Room was very large compared to comparably priced options.

Cons:

Our couch in the terrace suite was in very poor condition. The bed mattress also had very bad dips and hurt our backs.

Pros:

Le personnel etait vraiment compétent, avenant et souriant, et l’emplacement top, pratique et proche de tout.
Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses.

Cons:

Les chambres méritent un petit rafraîchissement, les tiroirs des meubles à moitié cassés, le lave vaisselle mal fixé qui bascule quand on ouvre la porte, et les plinthes de la cuisine qui ce détache avec. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche .
Le choix du petit dej compris est extrêmement limité : 1 plat et une boisson part personne tout le reste est à rajouter d’autant plus que rien n’est précisé avant. La qualité des aliments aussi doit être revue: les waffles industriels non, les œufs en poudre, le bacon trop cuit…
Dernier retour négatif, le serveur du petit dej du we qui place les hôtes devrait prendre le temps de sourire et être moins expéditif dans sa façon de faire.

Todo lo demás, menos que algunos trabajadores fueron amables y no tienen culpa del mal estado del hotel y de la gestión interna de la manager. Nada más llegar pedimos que nos retiraran todo el minibar porque no queríamos cargos indebidos y nos han cobrado 29,90$ al salir de allí. Llevamos esperando desde el 28 de agosto que lo devuelvan y nada. Informar también que no había aire acondicionado en el Hotel, solo en las habitaciones.

Please do not waste your time booking this hotel. I advise looking at the reviews before booking like we did.
Cons:

Rooms were filthy and smelt bad, not what is advertised online. We were given a room much smaller and cheaper than what we paid for. We had no choice but to leave these awful conditions as they couldn’t provide the room we paid for. We ended up finding another hotel in the middle of the night that was actually clean with lovely staff and facilities.
