Pros:

It was nice, but the floors weren't clean. As adults, we may have missed that, but our crawling 1yo was proof of the floors being dirty.

Would stay again
Pros:

The location, the value, the staff were all wonderful. The room was humongous.

Cons:

We had hoped their breakfast options were better. However, their breakfast was just as advertised.

Also, we noticed that some TLC was needed, but we actively saw the upkeep work being done.

The location was great. Walking distance to lots of things

Cons:

The room was a dump! Low water pressure, the tub wouldn’t drain while taking a shower. The bed was horrible. The air conditioner kept cutting off. The key to the door kept uncoding and had to go to office to be able to access room entrance. The pool was cloudy and nasty looking. No battery in smoke detector. Toilet seat was broken. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed due to the rod holder not being placed correctly

Rooms were spacious.
The hotel was located right in the middle of everything in pigeon forge, you were actually minutes from any attraction you wanted to visit.

Cons:

Minor issue with the front door not closing properly and the house cleaner didn't close it properly so we came back from Dollywood with our door ajar.

Waist of three days of vacation watching cable tv

Frond desk lady was super helpful and friendly

Cons:

Misleading pet policy. Emotional support gets no discount. Pet fee is crazy and oh by the way you cannot step out of the room without taking your pet with you. Breakfast was pretty unremarkable as well. I know some folks don’t have there pets trained but those of us that do should not have to pay for it
