Pros:

Frequento questo hotel da diversi anni e continuo a sceglierlo perché mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. La pulizia è impeccabile, le camere e gli ambienti comuni sono sempre perfettamente curati. La struttura è moderna e molto ben attrezzata. Un punto di forza è senza dubbio la palestra: è enorme, completa e dotata di macchinari di alto livello, tanto che è migliore di quelle presenti in molte grandi catene alberghiere. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e altamente professionale. Ogni volta mi fanno sentire come a casa e il servizio è davvero da 100 e lode.

Cons:

Sinceramente non ho trovato alcun difetto. Dopo tanti soggiorni posso dire di essere sempre rimasto pienamente soddisfatto sotto ogni aspetto.

Cons:

Una tenda non funzionava. La televisione era rotta; abbiamo chiesto che venisse sostituita e se potevano portarci un fornelletto antizanzare: nessuno si è fatto vivo.

A very positive surprise in many regards
Pros:

So this was a surprise, a very positive surprise in many regards. We didn't know what to expect when we booked. We had the junior suite. The room was very big and had four windows, two in different directions each. It was very spacious and everything was super clean, not to mention that the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was a positive surprise. It is rare that you see that many options. It was great and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive

The hotel is located in the middle of the Prosecco area, surrounded by vineyards. Very nice, very far views and there are many, many very good restaurants in the area

Best breakfast of all the hotels we've stayed at, hotel was luxurious,was clean, staff were very helpful, staff were courteous, price was reasonable, great views, hotel was in a convenient location.

Cons:

Coudn't get airconditioner to stay on we didn't complain about it because the.room wasn't that hot.
