Food variety and quality was great. Rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Everything functional (A/C, refrigerator, card access). Facilities are nice.
Music in the pool area only cycles between a few songs all day long; should have more variety. Also, would be better to include some Spanish music as that was notably absent. The lineups at the bars were a bit long at times. There is self-serve still water which is great, but more self-serve options would reduce lineups (add self-serve sparkling water and fountain drinks). After evening shows end, there should be music and option for dancing which is the typical format at Caribbean resorts and is better.

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel.
I booked 3 rooms through Jet 2 and had a great flight and arrived at hotel 1 in the afternoon. Was informed only 1 room ready and to come to back at 2 for the others . Went back at 2 to be informed only 1 other room ready so had to go back at 3.30 for the other . Rooms were nice and clean , nice food and drinks with branded bottles . I was all inclusive which was great for kids .staff were great and pool bar staff amazing . The pool does not open till 10 which was not great and had to stand behind a rope until pool opened for sunbeds on one occasion I was up early so I waited for a bed in the line behind the rope , when it opened I put my towel on the first bed then a woman actually threw towels on top of mine then lay On top of the sun beds laughing , some days all beds were taken by 10.10 . Kids entertainment was ok but adult entertainment was very poor . This hotel has loads of positives but 10 am opening for the pool is far to late plz plz look at this .

Comida boa, com variedade principalmente ao jantar. Água as refeições incluída e sumo de laranja natural ao pequeno almoço.
Fruta nas refeições podia ser mais variada, bem como opções de peixe.
Animação noturna muito direcionada para público infantil.
Me gusto la habitación, la limpieza y el personal, muy amable sobretodo el del buffet.

Well we had 10 long days/nights and just back, I can say the hotel and room is very clean however that’s the only positive for us as a family of 3, the all inclusive was dreadful food was like a school dinner room and mostly cold , staff are very ignorant unless you are Spanish nationals and the night time entertainment was as bad as I have ever witnessed kids disco for an hour then some crap for another hour defo side swipe if it came up again honestly so disappointed as it cost a fortune.
Absolutely fabulous time! food is incredible with great variety. All staff are nothing but helpful and friendly. There’s a major rush for sunbeds but you can usually find one or 2 and the lifeguards are always willing to help find some it’s just a shame people save them for hours and don’t return. I went with my disabled child and was really worried but it all went very smoothly and we all had a fantastic time, the only thing I could say bad is a child had an accident at the side of the pool and although it was dealt with it was left unattended for a few minutes and someone could have stepped in it or fell in it and a random man found a sign to cover it with

Great stay at la hacienda .
Just home from an 11 night stay.
Buffet food was nice. No one went hungry.
Very clean and tidy cleaners done a great job.
Nothing was an issue to the hotel staff , especially the reception.
Entertainment was top class.
You dont need to go far from hotel or La Pineda itself everything within 15 to 20 minute walk. Including a water park.
