Un séjour incroyable
Pros:

Tout ! Le personnel est absolument adorable et serviable, l'hôtel est superbe, nous étions en demi pension et la nourriture était excellente. Les animations le soir sont super les animateurs géniaux !!! Nous reviendrons !

Cons:

Le bruit dans les couloirs tard le soir et au dessus de la chambre. Mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel !

La ducha estaba fatal y no habían actividades para adolescentes. No habían habitaciones familiares y tuvimos que coger 2 habitaciones, en vez de una para todos

Amélioration à apporter.
Pros:

La literie est correcte et permet de bien dormir.
Le personnel agréable et à l'écoute pour répondre a tout nos besoins.
Les aliments du buffet sont trop espacés les uns des autres et les aliments sont parfois froids.
Le buffet des entrées et desserts ne préservent pas assez la température basse et se trouve a l'entrée des arrivées, ce qui n'est pas exemple d'hygiène.

Cons:

Les éléments de salle de bain ( pommeau de douche et robinet lavabo) était bouché se qui ne permettait pas de ce laver correctement.
Animation seulement pour les enfants. Les meilleures animations (flamenco et autre espagnol) avaient lieu en semaine au lieu du weekend quand les touristes arrivent.

Le personnel rien à dire ils sont sympathiques.
Les piscines sont très bien, un peu froide en mai.
Les activités sont très bien aussi.
Le mini club.
Les chambres sont neuves.

Cons:

L'alimentation. C'est fade.. Vraiment rien d'exceptionnel.
L'heure d'ouverture des piscines 11h !!
Le prix de la piscine chauffee et l'accès au spa. Incroyable.
La lumière des balcons qui ne peuvent pas s'éteindre.

Pros:

La habitación y las camas muy cómodas. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. La nevera de la habitación nos vino muy bien.
Las piscinas con toboganes muy divertidas para ir con niños/as y la animación nocturna.
