Sicherlich nie mehr wieder!

Ich musste, beruflich bedingt, sehr spät anreisen. Man hatte mir vorher per Email einen Code für den Schlüsselkasten im Hof zukommen lassen. So weit so gut. Das Problem war dann aber, dass dieser Schlüsselkasten so sehr klemmte, dass ich mitten in der Nacht fast eine halbe Stunde brauchte, um ihn aufzubekommen, obwohl ich die richtige Nummer einegegeben hatte. Zum Glück regnete es nicht.
Das Frühstück wurde einem dadurch verdorben, dass während der gesamten Zeit eine Kollegin (oder die Chefin?) eine andere Kollegin vor allen Gästen rundmachte, weil diese "faul" und "unfähig" war, die benutzten Tische nicht rechtzeitig säuberte, den Käse nicht nachfüllte etc. Zunächst schnauzte sie die Kollegin selber an, als diese gegangen war, beschwerte sie sich lautstark bei anderen über sie. Hochgradig unprofessionelles Verhalten und sehr unschöne Atmosphäre.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war für den Preis gut, es wurde alles immer nachgefüllt. Der Kaffee war lecker.

Cons:

Zimmer war okay, das Doppelbett leider nur 160x200 cm (war so nicht beschrieben). Unser Zimmer war etwas altbacken, leider der Teppich nicht ganz sauber. Das Bad war okay, auch schon etwas älter. Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.
