Super nettes Personal. Für eine Nacht super!
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit! Die Lage! Und weil es ein echt echt spezielles Hotel ist! Das Restaurant, bzw. das Brauhaus ist echt urig ausgestattet! Frühstück auch toll!

Es hat nachts etwas gemuffelt! Aber ok.

Excellent location a very lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Location was first class, a little walk back up to the amazing cathedral and buzzing squares but right on the river front with lots of choices for eating drinking and relaxing close by... Breakfast was very OK and the staff who sorted that out were tip top...

Cons:

My room was very small and the bathroom quite cramped. Using the restaurant in the evenings, food good, but waiters very variable, some excellent others not wasn't the best experience I had.

Great location and breakfast!
Pros:

Great location along the Rhein, and 10 minutes to the train station by foot. Room was cozy and clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included (cold cuts, bread, grilled vegetables, eggs and bacon and sausage, cereals and yogurt). They hotel restaurant has a charming, rustic vibe with lighted candles and photos/artwork hanging on the wall, which was a very nice ambience while having breakfast! The staff was also very friendly, and managed to check me in very early in the morning!

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like it, as I knew this going in, but if you are a light sleeper, do know that it can get loud on the weekends because the hotel is near other bars. If you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs!

Preisleistung sollte überdacht werden
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Fußläufig ist vieles erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist in die Jahre gekommen, Silikon Schimmlig, Armaturen könnte man ruhig mal austauschen. Man wird erdrückt von Bildern.

Das Restaurant ist sehr dunkel gehalten, Frühstücksbuffet ist mangelhaft, Brötchen pappig. Wurstauswahl ausbaufähig.

Personal überfordert mit der Deutschen Sprache ( Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet), man kann auch freundlich erwähnen das man uns nicht versteht, Gedanken lesen können wir noch nicht.

Ein Hotel mit Charakter und Charme.Direkt am Rhein,da ist der Ausblick unschlagbar , besonders am abend.diesmal zum ersten Mal im Restaurant gegessen.Auch sehr empfehlenswert.schnell serviert und gut.auch der Hugo.

Sehr aufmerksam die Gastpantoffeln!

Es ist ein touristischer Anziehungspunkt und damit den ganzen Tag und abends laut.

Wonderful stay in a great location.
Pros:

We loved the style of the hotel - the rooms and beds were ideal and very comfortable, the location is perfect and the staff were great.

Cons:

It was abit noisy first thing in the mornings but closing the windows did help alot.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage! Saubere Zimmer. Es gab eine Klimaanlage. Trotz des Lärms auf der Straße war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig – die Fenster und Wände sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Für Hotelgäste gibt es einen Rabatt im Café, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker. Die Handtücher waren sauber.

Cons:

Die Kissen waren leider sehr unbequem zum Schlafen, sodass ich danach starke Nackenschmerzen hatte. Außerdem rauchen die Gäste des Cafés, weshalb überall ein unangenehmer Tabakgeruch wahrnehmbar ist. Keinen Schuhlöffel.
