Pros:

Mon séjour était du 20/04 au 04/05/2026 suite au changement de mes dates de vol par la compagnie aérienne.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le cadre et la sérénité du lieu. On était presque comme chez soi. Sans oublier, une sécurité discrète.
Dommage pour l’afflux de déchets sur une des berges du lac TSHOMBE.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait que l’on ne puisse pas me rendre la monnaie lorsque je paye en dollars et que le personnel ne sache pas me remettre la totalité du change en franc congolais. Qui plus est, on m’a demandé de revenir pour récupérer ce que l’on me devais.
Mais quel galère pour récupérer ce que l’on me dois qu’au final, j’ai laissé les MAKUTA, honteuse de devoir quémander mon dû.
Avec le recul et par principe, j’aurai du faire en sorte de récupérer mon argent comme on me la conseillé.
Conclusion, je ne payerai plus en cash avec des dollars mais en FRANC CONGOLAIS ou avec ma carte.

Pros:

We did like the food, the room was clean and friendly staff. Exceptional WIFI coverage wherever you find yourself in the hotel premises.
Great location. Quiet place, especially inside of the room.

Cons:

The reception staff are very slow to check you in, or check out. They need more training. They are taking too long with their computer. You have an expression as if they are new on the job.
And they hardly answer the phone. I wasn't pleased at all with their service.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais je crois que vous pouvez faire mieux du côté fruits. Je crois que c'est possible de proposer une variété des fruits locaux.

Cons:

Pas assez de légumes au menu, pas assez de variétés des légumes. La quantité de légumes servie est insignifiante. Le pondu n'est pas bien préparé.

Ils y a parfois des militaires armés qui rentre à l’intérieur de l’hôtel .j’en ai même rencontré un une fois dans l’ascenseur je trouve ça dangereux surtout si on voyage avec des enfants.
Quand il y'a un officiel je trouve que leur agent doivent être discret et sans armes lourd à l’intérieur de l’hôtel.
