Stay could have been a better experience
Pros:

The standout was the staff and their responsiveness which was outstanding. Special mention may be made of Puja & Rezia from the restaurant who were sweet and attentive always.

Cons:

Mention has to be made about the room keys which were mostly non functional and a source of constant discomfort when trying to enter one's room. This issue was pointed out to the reception attendants and the Management need to take this up on a priority basis.
