Free shuttle to ferry terminal
Pros:

We were catching the Batamfast ferry with 100 kg of luggage. Harris hotel provided free shuttle to the ferry terminal. This made our travels much easier

Always a happy returning guest!
Pros:

Been staying here since 10yrs ago and the service still tip Top with great customer service. Rooms always clean and perfect! Just walking distance from Batam Ctr so its super convenient. Breakfast was splendid too!!

Location near to Ferry Terminal and Mall

Cons:

The sea view was not fantastic coz it was blocked by the serviced apartment. On our arrival, there were repair work on the ceiling of the corridor just outside our rooms. So it was noisy.

Pros:

Great location, very accessible to the ferry terminal and mega mall.
Good spread of breakfast.
Of course, the staff is your greatest asset. Very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Maybe can consider supplying nar soaps instead of shower gel.

Excellent service from the reception and housekeeping teams!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to the receptionist TRESTHA for the smooth check-in process and for taking care of our requests so efficiently. Also, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their great hospitality really made our trip to Batam memorable. Highly recommended!

excellent stay
Pros:

excellent experience with Harris Batam Center. Receptionist Alvano was very attentive and notice that it was a birthday trip prepared decorations and cake for us. Highly recommend this hotel, location was great right next to the ferry terminal

Worth the value
Pros:

Nice room and good service. The lady at the receptionist is exceptionally good.

Good location as just next to ferry terminal, and there is the Alun Alun park and shopping mall just opposite the hotel.

Great Stay and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location was strategically situated near Batam Centre, offering a pleasant sea view from the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it for transit purposes. Additionally, it is conveniently located near shopping malls and dining options. AND, STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY :)
