Good location, good service convenient
Best location, near to mega mall batam, mosque, very good location, rooms were clean every day, good value for money, i add an extra bed for my son, still got space to perform our prayers, free shuttle to ferry terminals, staffs were so nice, front desk (ms trestha), f&b teams (bbq night), breakfast times, bell boy, shuttle driver, room service and house keeping, done a good job, will go there again n thank you for having us

I like the location, near to ferry terminal & Mega Mall.
I also like to have shuttle to send me to these 2 locations. I don't have to take Grab or taxi.
There is no covered shelter & proper paths to go to the ferry terminal & shopping centre.
It is inconvenient if it is raining.

It is very near to Batam Centre and excellent ambiance
Overall the property is very nice, maybe repainting of toilet and sink as it has cracks.
But our stay is wonderful.
