Pros:

We hebben echt een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Amorita Boutique Hotel! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom. Het hotel is ontzettend schoon, netjes en heeft een fijne, rustige sfeer. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is echt uitstekend.

Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar heerlijk en precies wat je nodig hebt om de dag goed te beginnen. Wij waren met een gezin van vijf, met drie kinderen, en het verblijf was voor ons allemaal erg prettig. De kamers waren comfortabel en alles was goed verzorgd.

Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is de vriendelijke en gastvrije service.

En general es correcto, con muy buena ubicación y está limpio. Dicho esto creo que para obtener mejor puntuación debería tener mejores instalaciones.

I had a good time!
Pros:

It was clean, the location was really good and the staff were really nice and helped me with questions and problems! The staff’s also had good recommendations for food places and always were really nice! I can recommend this Hotel!

Molto al di sotto delle aspettative
Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda per visitare l’Old Quarter e la zona del lago Hoàn Kiếm. Il personale è giovane, sempre gentile e disponibile e questo è sicuramente l'aspetto più positivo del nostro soggiorno.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel anche per le recensioni estremamente positive, ma la nostra esperienza è stata molto diversa e, conoscendo le reali condizioni della struttura, non avremmo prenotato.
La camera era poco curata e con evidenti problemi di pulizia e manutenzione: tende macchiate, pareti sporche, ragnatele sul soffitto e diverse parti della camera e del bagno deteriorate o annerite.
Anche la colazione ci ha deluso: buffet molto piccolo e scelta limitata. Abbiamo inoltre trovato piccoli insetti volanti sul cibo esposto, in particolare sui cetrioli, e un insetto morto nell'area buffet, cosa che non ci ha fatto sentire tranquilli nel consumare alcuni alimenti.
In camera venivano forniti soltanto gli asciugamani grandi e abbiamo dovuto chiedere ogni giorno quelli più piccoli.
Quando mio marito non si sentiva bene, ho chiesto di portargli dalla colazione due semplici fette di pane tostato. Mi è stato consentito, ma mi è stato raccomandato di fare attenzione a non sporcare le lenzuola. Considerando la situazione e soprattutto le condizioni generali di pulizia della camera, abbiamo trovato l'osservazione decisamente fuori luogo.
Infine, al check-out ci è stato chiesto di lasciare una recensione assegnando un punteggio di almeno 9. Questo ci ha lasciati particolarmente perplessi proprio perché le valutazioni molto alte avevano influenzato la nostra scelta. Chiedere agli ospiti di lasciare una recensione è comprensibile; suggerire quale punteggio assegnare, secondo noi, no, perché le recensioni sono utili solo se riflettono liberamente l'esperienza di ciascuno.
Il personale è stato molto gentile, ma purtroppo questo non è bastato a compensare i problemi riscontrati.

Excellent location, walkable distance to city attractions.. receptionist Ms.Tracy and Ms.Mai were so good at hospitality..gave wonderful suggestions whenever we ask..very sweet people...

Wonderful location, wonderful staff, very comfortable
Pros:

Location was fantastic. 2 short blocks to the lake. Staff was super friendly and nice and helpful. One of our rooms was available for early check in so they let us in early. Beds very comfortable, AC was great, and rooms are black out dark. Slept great. Breakfast was also excellent. We paid extra for breakfast, it was worth it.

Cons:

The windows looked out at a wall but it was fine, that meant quiet rooms and no light coming in from outside. Slept great.
