飯店乾淨整潔，交通方便，服務人員很熱情，飯店雖然有階梯，但飯店人員立即會來幫忙提行李，非常貼心，飯店對面有GS25便利商店，7-11超商走路2分鐘，走路2分鐘有自助洗衣店，旁邊也有很多家賣鞋子的店家及按摩店

Cons:

住7F的5人房，浴室水壓有點小，因建築關係，電梯只到6樓，需要再爬一層樓梯，有點小可惜

Fijn hotel op een perfecte plek
Pros:

Fijne ruime kamer met goede douche op een toplocatie vlakbij het Hoan Kiem meer. Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg mager. Het was ook niet duur, maar je kan beter ergens anders ontbijten.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel qui est adorable et répond à toutes nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner varié. Chambre très propre et de qualité. L'emplacement dans le vieux centre ou tout est accessible facilement à pied. L'aide pour le transfert de l'aéroport.

What I liked most about the property was how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help :)

A great base for visiting Hanoi

Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly. Excellent location, really central.

Cons:

Breakfast area is a little small, but freshly cooked food was on offer every day. Kitchen staff are very friendly.

مناسب لليلة انتقالية، نظافة وراحة

حبيت الموقع، النظافة، المعاملة..
ابني نسي هاتفه في الفندق بعدما خرجنا من الفندق الى المطار، اهتمت الموظفة ان ترسل لنا الهاتف الى موقعنا.
موقع الفندق ممتاز، قريب جدا من البحيرة وشارع مليء بالمحلات.
الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة

Cons:

الغرف قديمة وغير مصممة بشكل جميل، يعني ممكن تقضي يومك فيه للنوم لا اكثر. لا يوجد تصميم للغرف، ولا حتى ديكور، المرافق بسيطة جدا، السعر لم يشمل فطور. لكن بالنسبة لاخر ليلة لنا في هانوي لم نطلب اكثر من ذلك. المهم والاهم كان لنا هو النظافة. ممكن ايضا ان يكون السعر غير مناسب للغرفة، بسعر الغرفة كنا قد حجزنا بمواقع اخرى فنادق مع جاهزية وديكور افضل ويشمل فطور
