Pros:

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great (excellent coffee and tea offered for free, a bottle of water in the fridge). The staff were also friendly and accommodating. Perfect location, 10 min walk to Anse Mitan and 5 min walk to Plage du Bout. The breakfast was various (delicious scumbled eggs), with good selection of fresh local fruits as well. The restaurant offered delicious food, prepared and served with care, excellent coctails prepared by the bartenders.

proximity to the beach and grocery store ( La boutik) Very safe area, tons of small restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Problems with the hot water the first 2 days, especially from the early afternoon. It took the engineers 2 days to fix it.

Pros:

Het zwembad en tuin was okay.
De grote van de kamer was goed.

Cons:

Geen upgrade naar een mooier kamer ondanks dat het hotel vrijwel leeg was.
Airco kon niet naar onze gewenst temperatuur.
Bij het ontbijt word je aangevallen door de vigels, overal vogelstront op stoelen en tafels. Vigels eten van je bord en van de lepel die gebruikt wordt voor scramble eggs, niet hygiënisch.
Geen uitnodiging ontvangen voor een welkomstdrankje, andere in het hotel schijnbaar wel.
Welkomsbriefje na ruim een week op bed maar niet de moeite genomen om te vertalen naar het Engels.
Geen mogelijkheid voor een late check out ondanks dat het hotel leeg was.
Niet genoeg wc papier op de kamer dus halen bij de receptie.

Hôtel, piscine, chambre, restauration...

Cons:

Hormis les barman, un personnel désagréable, pas à l'écoute et au petit soin pour ses clients... C'est dommage c'est le gros point faible avec la qualité du matelas

la proximité de la plage

Cons:

la vétusté de la salle de bains, principalement la baignoire.
sans compter l'impossibilité de regarder de nombreuses chaînes a la TV en dépit de la double intervention d'un technicien patient et professionnel.
