Pros:

Numer 1 zdecydowanie jest personel — obsługa na absolutnie najwyższym poziomie, pierwsza klasa. Wiele hoteli mogłoby się uczyć takiego podejścia do gości i takiego serwisu. Czystość rewelacyjna, pokoje bardzo zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone, śniadania świetne, a parking to dodatkowy duży plus. Hotel ma tylko 2 gwiazdki, a moim zdaniem spokojnie zasługuje na standard 4-gwiazdkowy. Zdecydowanie najlepszy obiekt, w którym do tej pory byłem. Polecam w 100%!

Pros:

The personal was really very nice. They were there for us even if we came late at night a little bit after the check in hours. We liked a lot the view and the breakfast was amazing. It is of course a budget hotel so the rooms were not really big but other that we enjoyed staying there.

Pros:

An excellent place to stay in a peaceful location, just a short walk from the lake. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh, homemade dishes. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. We especially loved the wonderful view of Lake Garda from the balcony. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

L'accueil était vraiment très chaleureux. Tout le personnel est adorable. L'hôtel est super propre. La chambre avec balcon et vue sur le lac était très agréable. Ici le sourire est de mise. Très bons produits au petit déjeuner.

super nettes personal, unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, zimmer war sehr früh fertig, exzellentes frühstück, großes zimmer mit neuwertigem bad, atemberaubender blick auf den see, großer balkon, sehr hochwertige klimaanlage, die sehr leise ihren job tat, deckenventilator, eigener parkplatz, wegen früher abreise ein lunchpaket bekommen, fast lautloser kühlschrank im zimmer, wir kommen gerne wieder

Krásné a příjemné ubytování s výhledem na jezero Garda. Personál milý a vstřícný, atmosféra příjemná, dostupnost služeb
Pros:

Příjemný rodinný penzion s velmi milým personálem. Pokoj menší, ale rozhodně dostačující. Měli jsme vše, co bylo potřeba. Skvělá byla nejen klimatizace, ale také větrák nad postelí. Děkujeme za výborné snídaně a vřelé chování k nám po celou dobu pobytu. Určitě ubytování doporučujeme pro vaše cesty ke Gardě. Brenzone je klidnější oblast, za nás ideální, pokud se nechcete mačkat v davech turistů. Kolem spousta restaurací a barů s výhledem na jezero.
Moc děkujeme a rád přijedeme znovu.
