Great suite and excellent service
Pros:

The staff was excellent. When I checked in, the lady at the reception upgraded us to a suite. I think her name was Lisa. This was absolutely fantastic service! The infrared sauna was very interesting and relaxing. I used it twice. It differs from regular Finnish saunas, where I'm used to throwing water at the heater. Here I just sit, relax and wait for the sweat to emerge. The suite had a very nice and large balcony, as well as a wonderful airconditioning system, which was easy to operate. The view from the balcony was magnificent.

Cons:

There was only one trash can in the suite, located in the bathroom beside the toilet. I would have hoped to see a second trash can elsewhere in the room. Now we had to go to the bathroom each time we needed to throw some trash in the trash can. The shower was a bit peculiar. The hand shower was completely wild and jumped uncontrollably into a horizontal position at the smallest move of the lever, squirting water in my face and hair without warning. The overhead rainwater shower was quit good though.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes by metro to the center. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very large and well conditioned. Everything was exactly what we expected!

Excelente acomodação.
Pros:

Tudo perfeito. Quarto amplo e aconchegante, com tudo que era necessário, limpo e bem localizado. Caminhada curta até a parte central da cidade, mas também com metrô mesmo a porta do hotel. Bairro tranquilo e seguro com cafés e lojas nos arredores e mesmo dentro das instalações do hotel.

Vi åkte till Bryssel för att gå på ett BTS konsert. Hotellet hade små fina detaljer relaterade till det. Det uppskattade vi mycket.

Cons:

Vi fick be om att tömma papperskorgarna och fylla på toalettpapper.
